Easy getting in and out. Got our load and was able to go look for the trailer. It would be nice if they had a map of where each trailer is to make it easier for everyone.

Ive dropping trailer there fir years and they still have some of the worst pot holes. I almost flip my trailer in the rain one night because the holes are so deep. They make too much money to not have their lot paved. I think that would be better than a law suit.

No show for pickups for two days after a million phone calls and broken promises by UPS, no one at this terminal can pickup the damn phone. might as well fire everyone starting with the manager. This is the worst UPS terminal I have dealt with and Im a freight broker who called different terminals from different carriers every single day for the past 10 years.

Absolutely terrible local LAX service. Try to call the local office and you will get no one. I have tried calling the posted tele # for 3 days and attempted every extension offered. Left messages for 5 people within this office and NO REPLY. They have missed my pick up for 3 days straight and even the 800# (which is answered by someone overseas) cant reach the LAX office. UPS has the wrong person in the wrong seat at this office.

Frankie the person who answers the phone is horrible!!! They mismanaged our original delivery asking us for the code to our building to deliver to the door and the day of we received a call from the delivery person that it was curbside and we needed to be present, he also was rude and unreasonable. We rescheduled for the next day, my husband left work early and took the rest of the day off to be present and when we called to see if we could get a gauge on when they would arrive, Frankie said Its not going our today and when he asked for her supervisor she said You can call him back and hung up on him!!! What has happened to customer service? Why is it okay to treat paying customers this way? The staff needs training and accountability, better yet they need to be replaced.

Creating request for freight pick up 4 times since Thanksgiving and they will not come and pick it up I have to take 160 pounds worth of equipment to the freight drop off in pico Rivera and it was a painful process

If you actually want your freight to be picked up, I wouldnt choose this carrier. Theyve missed my pick ups 10x times in 5 different locations costing me thousands of dollars. They couldnt care less.

It was amazing to go to the store and I dont know if you what I am inside the way to the store

Shipping with them is a complete nightmare. 3 day guarantee is a complete lie. On top of that they lose you pallet and delays everything for almost 2 weeks.

This place is a joke. Customer service sound like a bunch of High School Drop outs with no care in the world. Delivery scheduling is a lie and totally lacking of any guarantee.

Ups is the worst mailing company. I perfer fedex.
