Very caring workers. Ive only had good experiences here in the last few years of going in (and Im super picky about good customer service). The first time you go in expect to spend at least an hour but after that visits go much quicker. After youve been going a while you can even do you classes online and get your checks in the mail, typically you get 3 months of checks at a time so you dont need to go as often as youd think. Its worth it especially if your baby is on formula or a fruit fiend like my lil guy. The only time I had a long wait (other than my first visit), was the last day of the month, they send out reminder messages and everyone comes in all.at once, so its mega crowded.
