The lady at the shop completely messed up my son’s hair. My son is not the type of kid to be moving while he’s getting a cut, the only reason I didn’t notice it at the time is because I was getting a cut at the same time. Paid about 50$ for simple haircuts for me and my son and she messes up his hair. Not coming here again.

Normally I don’t write reviews but my simple haircut was botched pretty bad so I felt the need. Waited patiently outside for my haircut as instructed. I asked for a really simple haircut, and honestly it was pretty awful. I am a male with a very simple faded, normal haircut. Unfortunately it came out very awful, wasn’t faded correctly at all and side wasn’t blended into top either (there were huge patches of long hair still). When I got home I actually had to shave the top of my head to make it look somewhat decent. The reason I couldn’t tell in the shop was because I took my eye glasses off for the cut and was rushed out of the chair because they’re was another customer waiting.

One of my favorite super cuts to go. The ladies are so sweet and I always have a good conversation with them. Plus they always get my hair right. Well most of the time lol (:

When I went inside this location it was pretty full inside. I thought I was going to be there awhile but I was out in less than an hour and my haircut was great. The customer service was great as well, Blanca cut my hair and she was very nice and would always update me on the wait time so I didnt feel ignored. Ill definitely be back for my next trim.

I’ve tried this place a couple times and wasn’t too happy but decided to give it another try and give them the benefit of the doubt. And I must say I am very impressed! The staff is amazing the wait time was very reasonable and even then didn’t wait the full time. Definitely will come back! 10/5!!

My husband and I went to Super Cut in Pico Rivera Town Center today. The staff greeted us the minute we walked in the door, not left standing waiting for assistance.. Very clean inside Blanca did a wonderful job in my Husband’s haircut and beard trim. My color turned out amazing! I highly recommend this Super Cuts for you or your family hair needs!!

I have to say I am extremely impressed with this store! I walked in and right away noticed they’re sanitizing everything! Plus the hospitality was great! I got my hair cut with Blanca and loved my new hair! 10/10 recommendation!

Was assisted in less than 5 minutes from the time I walked in. I was greeted with hospitality with smiles. The salon was tidy and organized. Low prices which is always a bonus! I been coming to Supercuts for a long time. The waits were always pretty long however, I noticed this time around even though the store was busy my wait was short. Way to Go Supercuts!!! Love coming here always a good hairstyle and the hair specialist make it very comfortable especially for a big guy. Cool down with the hair dryer and a nice scalp massage always helps.

I’m not going to complain on the haircut they did on my brother but on the service. I felt offended at the fact that my brother was the last client of the day, and the person in the front desk told me that the next time they could not take him because his haircut exceeded the time of their working schedule. Mind you we got there at 6:40, and there was a wait of other people and began his haircut at 6:50, if the saloon closes at 7 and he was there before the closing time.I believe that it is completely unprofessional for them to say “ we will not cut his hair next time because it exceeds working time” when he was there before the saloon closed. I am more than sure that the owner would not allow them to speak this way to the clients without mentioning they were rude !!! Change your attitude or you will loose clients.

You might have to wait a bit if you dont have an appointment so I would recommend making one. I would also recommend paying extra for the hot towel and scalp massage. Its calm and relaxing and the perfect waybto finish a haircut here.There is plenty of parking and the staff is courteous and knowledgeable. When I need a haircut I go here.

Come here regularly but always get great service. I have had a different stylist every time and they have all been very friendly and efficient.

This is by far the worst and I mean worst costumer service I have experienced in my life. Apparently its an hour wait each time you do a walk in, asked what time where their booked clients, they wouldnt say, and wouldnt specify if there was a cut off time for a miss appointment.The worst came when all the workers bailed and left me alone in the store for a few minutes. Then came the booked clients who were also told to WAIT! lol really? The man who walked in was number 4 on the waiting list, Then came an elderly old woman who has told to come back in one hour, she did and guess what, she was still 3rd in waiting.Why, why would you do that to loyal costumers. With workers who walk in and out, and do as they please. Then the kicker was, when one worker answered the phone and told the client Get here when we open if you want to get a hair cut as though its some freaking lottery.Thankfully I went to another haircut establishment across, got tired of this little game. Came in and out in a few minutes, when I was walking back I could still see the same people waiting in line in Supercuts. Felt bad for them. And thats a damn shame, Supercuts have sunk so low. Never will i come back in my life time.

Estevana cuts my sons hair and she did a great job. she also cuts my husband hair and he is very happy with the way she cuts his hair. She is patient and was very detailed. I would recommend her.

Twice i have gone years apart by different people. It seem that if youre going for a trim good. But for a good hair cut then youre out of luck. I showed a style and asked them to leave it longer in one place and they went SHORTER instead. My hair was hacked both times. Shorter than wanted. It was cut into a males hair style and when i said too short as she started, she continued and said she knew what she was doing and continued on. There is no way to even try to style my hair so its hats for me till it grows out. So unhappy.

Ive gotten my hair dyed ombre blonde and with different colors, and the colors are so pretty! Been doing this for about a year. Just wish they had more color selections though.

How the hell I call ahead of time so they can tel me I have an hour wait, show up at 6:45 and still 5 people head of me!?Then a lady walks in at 7 and she gets helped right away.If it weren’t that my daughter needs a haircut I will go to a barbershop instead.Overpriced. Ridiculously expensive for a chain business with overwhelming wait times, 16 bucks for a childs haircut?! Its like Walmart selling their merchandise at Nordstroms prices; go out and support your local barber.

Horrible haircut! I used to love this place but had a bad experience with this older hispanic lady with blonde hair. She always has dark eye shadow on, when I see her its usually blue. I always avoided her until today when there was no one else but another older lady cutting hair. I asked to get my hair cut short, below my shoulders and with long layers. She chopped off my hair and it looks nothing like I asked, shes super careless. Ill never return to this place. Put people that know how to listen in!

I am crying right now as i am texting this...WORST haircut ever! Not only did i show her a picture of the hairstyle and design i wanted i ask if she can do it....she said yes $16 for the cut and $10 more for the design.... I said ok a bit much but i was thinking SUPERCUTS are specialist, right? Wrong! Sucks! I never had gotten my hair cut before and now i am crying! Lets just say it was so bad that as soon as I got in the car I was crying my eyes out!!!
