Kevin Nice was the Tax Preparer I have been praying for! He helped me in more ways then one and was very educational. He helped me have a better understanding on how to properly file taxes and is willing to help me with my taxes once I become a independent contractor. I am definitely coming back next year.

Although I like the service I feel the fees are way too much I spent over 400.00 for everything. It may be wiser and less expensive to learn how to file my own taxes and hire a lawyer if there is ever an audit. I will say the lady who filed for me was very professional informative and had a nice personality.

I used this branch for my taxes. Beth horn was awesome! But when I questions about my stimulus payment and changing my account info a lady by the name of April got frustrated because I was not understanding what she was saying. She kept getting a irritated tone with me and acted like I was a bother. I thanked her for her attitude and hung up. I don’t know why people need to be rude but that’s uncalled for.

Ive been using Gene Tolliver for approximately 5 years now.. Hes awesome, quick, and helps me understand everything he does in regards to my taxes. Stand up guy. As long as hes preparing taxes, ill have an appointment every year. He seems to sincerely care about getting you the most on your refund.

Simple process, glad we used them to prep taxes. Pricing was a bit odd ($45 to enter 3 social security numbers for child tax credit??) and was not at all explained until tax prep was complete. This struck me as slightly deceptive. That said it was simple and our tax professional was great.I would rather see a flat hourly rate for tax prep. Listing a base price with multiple costly addons that many will need is frustrating.

Took 2 hours to do my taxes. The lady I went to had to keep asking for help, so Im doubting if mine are even done correctly. Then they charged me 360 dollars. My typical tax guy only charges 150. But I was being lazy and didnt feel like driving out to Hilliard to have him do my taxes. This place was on the way home so I thought Id try. First and last time I go to an H&R Block.

I had my 2014 & 2015 taxes filed at h&r block. I was just audited December of 2016. Both years they had filed was wrong. Two different people each year had filed them wrong. Currently i now owe close to 5 grand. They have been little to no help with resolving the issue. In fact I have had to do most of the leg work with this audit. They said they will reimburse penalty and interest which was pennys compared to what I owe. I have emailed Blanca and Kathy multiple times with no answer. Now three months later I am still fighting to get the last check for the additional interest. It has currently been three weeks with no answers to two emails to them and one email to the district manager Mitchell Hilderbrand.But the local h&r block was nice to call me and see if I wanted to set up a time for them to do my taxes again this year....haha no thanks.I would highly recommend going somewhere else and having them done.

Misspelled my name on initial tax returns. Had to go back and get it corrected. While correcting it, they then somehow entered incorrect info resulting in an overpayment of approx. $600 dollars which I luckily noticed before filing. Received notice from City of Columbus asking for clarity on filing making me suspect they screwed something else up. Will not be going back, and I suspect they arent in good favor as the H&R Block website doesnt show them in their list when searching near Pickerington.
