I absolutely love love love Champion. They have been my pest service provider for the last 6 years, and the only I trust. 6 years ago they removed yellow jackets ( that were coming inside of the house!) from inside my exterior siding and I haven’t seen one around the house since. They are coming out to spray for wasps next! They have treated my backyard for mosquitoes, as well as the typical seasonal carpenter ants. I am NOT a bug person and they put my spirit at ease with every visit. I’m not sure of the disconnect with others, but they clearly state you can opt out of any package they are offering PRIOR to service. I never felt pressured to get it BUT I did lol. They’ve done such a great job over the years and at this price point, they can stick around. Thanks team!

Within the same day of calling, an employee was out at my house to diagnose and treat our ant problem. They were very professional, thorough, and effective! The solution worked and we have been ant free since despite having an infant that does a great job at leaving crumbs just about everywhere. Highly recommended!

Great service, but as others have pointed out their packages are automatic renewal. I did not know about this until I received an email with the note that the packages are auto-renewing every season. That was not disclosed as part of the initial purchase, which I feel is dishonest, so I have cancelled my service with them and will do business elsewhere in the future.

Service was good, HOWEVER.. BEWARE of their Recurring Subscription which they say very little about prior to hitting you with it. And good luck trying to talk to them about this deceptive practice because, suddenly She (never got a name) is out of the office indefinitely.I do not care how good you service is if you deliberately use deceptive financial practices while refusing to speak to customers about them.I do not recall signing or initialing ANYTHING and certainly was not apprised of this. Typically recurring subscriptions are a sneaky way to make money and, if it is part of the trade, then I am disgusted.And WHERE were you, who ever responded to this, when I was talking to your receptionist and someone named Dwight? You dont handle complaints yourself? If you are dwight and are the owner maybe next complaint you get, identify yourself.

I called a bunch of places for quotes on getting a yellow jacket nest out of a vent in the house. Champion was able to come out very quickly and their price was fair as well. Dwight was very friendly and provided great service. Very happy with the experience overall.

We recently moved into our home and our back yard is amazing. Unfortunately, the mosquitoes have been keeping us from enjoying time outside in it. We reached out to Champion asking about spraying for mosquitoes. I was told it would be life changing...and they didnt disappoint. A friend and I sat outside for hours yesterday and the kids played in the grass and I am happy to report not one single mosquito bite! Before the spray, everyone would have had at least a dozen within the first hour. Couldnt be happier with their product and service! Thank you Champion!

Very poor experience we have never ha d bugs we moved into a house they sprayed 3 days later we have roaches fleas to the point its uncomfortable to live they sprayed 3 times no effect on anything just gets worse the one white guy walked into the basement and said there was no flea problem it took a second visit last .week from them to spray the whole house again and here .we .go u step off the .couch or .chair .or bed u get bit we sweep and mop constantly .this needs fixed ive contacted them they said wait a week and its been a .week no effect. i will take .this to the fullest extent i promise .i already .have .considering my .baby boy .is 3 and because u guys cant exterminate some fleas he has bites up .an down his leggs do your job rite the first time.
