Surely a good place for a quick oil change but too expensive for the service! A hundred bucks (approx) only for an oil change! This is ridiculous!Will not go there again!!! The service is good and staff nice but the price makes the difference. I think it’s not worth it as with cabin and air filters it would be over $150. Won’t recommend!

This place rocks. After a diff fluid change I noticed some noise that I thought might mean they forgot to add a special fluid my car requires when they changed it (thanks GM). Easy mistake, assuming they forgot it at all. I didnt even know my car needed it. I called them up and they asked me to come in for another fluid change, and that they would make sure the additive got included. Charles and Franklin were very understanding and appreciative that I came back. Ive never had a bad experience at any Valvoline Instant Oil Change, but this location is definitely my new favorite. Awesome team and awesome service. :)

Every thing about my last visit was fine except; IMHO, the value. Staff was pleasant you can monitor what they are doing via closed circuit TV. You stay in the comfort of you own car. I like going with out an appointment, but the final price is a bit much for 4 quarts and a filter.

The personal were so nice, at the Pickerington location. They helped me reset everything on the car. They were professional, extremely reasonable and quick.

This was my first oil change at this Valvoline on Refugee Rd. No wait, friendly, efficient staff, answered all my questions, and I love the car cam! Franklin, Iman, and Aaron made an oil change really fun. Highly recommend and will be my new go to for oil changes.

Quick, honest, and open about what they did and are doing live with your car for a very good cost especially with the 50% off coupon found online. Only downfall is the attempts to sell you over priced add ons... example 11.99 x 2 to install 2 small lights that were out that cost 6.99 for a pack of 2 at the Autozone across the street and 5 minutes of figuring out how to take out and reinstall them (hint - they twist out). Id go here again in a heart beat. The people were nice as well. They used an extractor (vacuum) to get out the oil instead of messing with the old bolts too, which seemed to work well and prevented the need to repair the old bolts on the old car.

They were amazing!! Wonderful customer service. They didn’t have the air filter or headlights in stock that I needed. So I had the headlights at home and brought them back the same day and they replaced them for me for free. Awesome customer service!!! Thank you Angela, Joshua, and Giuseppe!!! You guys made my day!! I’ll be back for my next oil change, for sure!!!

First time there. Not sure what to expect. I was hoping for a good experience and not have to worry about finding a new place to check my oil. I am definitely glad I can here. I was given a $25 dollar off coupon when I called to just verify the price for an oil change because nothing was posted on the page. I sent myself coupons for 5 and 7 thinking that was as good as it would get. Everyone there was professional and I have zero complaints about the service and will definitely be back.

Never ever get a transmission flush here, charged me $150 and didnt even put enough fluid its a quater empty. The fact that they charge double than most places and dont even check their work is concerning.

I couldn’t understand a word they were saying because they talked so fast. I understand it’s supposed to be a quick oil change, but I don’t typically drive this vehicle...they were condescending and rude because I couldn’t immediately locate the hood release. Overpriced too.

I strongly recommend NOT to go to this place!!! My wife took my car for an oil change about a week ago. My oil indicator came on stating that I needed to change my oil a week after it was taken in for an oil change. So, I checked my oil levels to make sure this was accurate, and sure enough, i had little to no oil in my car.i took that car back to Valvoline and informed them that oil was not added to my car. They checked my oil and said that i was a half a quart low, which was not true, it was, in fact, near to being empty. They said that i had a minor leak and this is why i was a half of a quart low.I found that this is also a lie, because i checked underneath my car after it sat for 5 hours, to find that there were not visible leaks.The fact is, that they did not change my oil, they took advantage of my wife and and we paid 50 dollars for nothing.They are liars and i would not recommend any one to have their oil changed here!

I have been taking my car here for over 5 years. They are great. I recently broke my windshield wiper which they had installed last November. They not only replaced it but didnt charge me for it. I told them it was my fault, nothing wrong with the wiper itself. They said it was under warranty. Who knew a windshield wiper had a warranty? I was in and out in about 15 minutes. I highly recommend this location.

The staff was professional and gave me great customer service. The tech printed out a list of stuff that i needed serviced and said that i could get them serviced one at a time. They did not pressure me to get any additional services and were understanding of my budget.

I stopped today to top off the oil in my A5 because i didnt want to drive all the way to the Audi dealership. They were not only extremely friendly, they were honest on their recommendation, i still asked them to do the work even if it was cheaper for me to do it just because i respect the honesty that much. Arrived at 8:50 am. Google and Valvolines own website says this location opens at 9 a.m. Sat in front of the glass garage doors for 8 minutes making eye contact with the four employees inside and at 9 an employee, Nick, came out to tell me that they dont open until 10. You couldnt have come out and told me that before I sat there for 8 minutes with four little kids?

First time here. Very accommodating. Worked quickly. Accepted competitors coupon. Checked both differential and transfer case fluids at no additional charge. Ill definitely be back here and do recommend for others.

Straight forward and quick !

Seems as though they were more worried about getting it done quick than doing a good job. They checked the pressure in my tires as part of the oil change and ended up letting air out of one of my tires. It was flat when I got home. Had to call roadside assistance to put air back in it. Wont be going back there.

Definitely not a bad store, these guys have always excelled in customer service more than any other place Ive seen. Management here is more than helpful. I required a transmission fluid and filter change. They didnt have the tools required. So they pointed me in the right direction.However, you people at corporate seem to think that Im only coming into your store with a coupon which frankly is annoying. I recently took my car to dick macheter Ford for an oil change. They charge 37.99 plus tax for semi synthetic blend. Valvoline charges 59.99 for the same service. Its a shame I wont be seeing your wonderful people in the garage anymore.

These guys are great. Im going to get my oil changed today, and every time I have had my oil changed here, all of the guys are kind, informative and kind. There be a line sometimes, but that is, in my opinion, a testament to Valvoline.

Fast, friendly, and proffesional. Only issue Id say is that I knew at the time that I had a slight leak from my oil pan gasket as it as everything was coated in a layer of fresh oil at the bottom of the motor. They did not mention this at all even though Im sure it was obvious. Also my vehicle does not take 5 liters of oil but that is the package amount and so they just put in that much. My oil is always over the full line mark by probably 30%. I havent had service again since noticing this fact so I will mention this the next time Im there.

Good staff but i always have to wait a while

Falls under the bad mechanic stereotype of over charging, lying about parts that “NEED” replaced now or are unsafe. Very untrustworthy, only go with free oil change coupons. I make sure to give the parts they often “check” a once-over before letting them handle them. On multiple occasions the workers have been very rude in response to my questions and concerns by giving each other looks and laughing in a snide manner.
