Made appointment the evening before for a 6 a.m. pick-up. Driver was there before 6 a.m. and had me home across town way before 7 a.m. I would definitely use again. Great driver!!

They never answered nor even called me back.

Our driver was professional and personable. He was right on time both picking us up from home and then from Riverside Hospital.The vehicle was a very clean van. I understand that it is a privately owned company. These people definitely want your business, and I would certainly use them again. Give them a try!!

Ive been using Columbus Taxi Service for two years in row. This is a great service that brings me lots of convenience! My driver, Tmicael, is awesome! I mistakenly told him one day earlier than my actual arrival date because of the tricky time difference and we missed. He came and picked me up again generously next day even without charging me the first days ride. He is always friendly and nice to talk with on our way to my place, and he is a good timer too! Besides, he helped me with all my luggages by carrying them to the very front door of my living place! I highly appreciate his passion, patience, proficiency and warmness! Early morning pick up on time!!!

I have used this company several times and always found them really reliable even in bad weather conditions, Icey roads etc. the drivers have been helpful and courteous and have helped with my luggage when going to the airport. I highly recommend this service

Excellent! This is the first time I ever used a cab from home to airport. Driver was 15 minutes early, asked me the route I would like to take and was extremely pleasant driver. Very pleased with the entire experience!

They were supposed to show up in front of the bar at 2:00 am so after waiting around for 15 minutes, we called the service and asked where our cab was; which was when they proceeded to tell us that theyd already came and left without us, but would send another. After waiting another 5 minutes, our cab showed up. The driver was nice, the vehicle clean, and she didnt drive like a crazy person. All in all, decent service.

I had to leave for airport at 4:30 am. T Michael showed up 5 minutes early and was extremely nice. His cab was clean and he was courteous and professional. I will use them again.

I tried to schedule a pick up on the website and it wouldnt submit so I tried to call to schedule a pick-up. Their website describes them as a 24/7 operating cab company but when I called I was told that they had no drivers working that night. Wouldnt even try to use them again and definitely wouldnt recommend them to anyone else.

Ive taken Columbus Taxi consistently for months and it is one of the most reliable cab companies in Columbus. I never had a problem with their drivers. They are all friendly and pretty decent people. The cabs always arrive on time and I always get text alerts or a call before they come. I like their convenient online ride reservation including an estimate of my cost and their cabs are very clean.

Worst taxi service ever!!! I booked my cab in advanced to the airport a day before departure and these guys canceled at the last moment saying that there was no driver available. Had to go with another cab company 1 hour before my flight.Very unprofessional. I will never go with them again. There are better taxi services available in the city.

I have been using this taxi service for 10 years it is the best taxi service I have experienced in Columbus,Ohio very friendly, clean new vehicles, professional, very reliable always on time and even arrives 5mins ahead of pick up time!! Also is very great for big size groups because they offer excellent shuttles and even individual rides are awesome!! Great service! Made an online reservation hours in advance and the taxi arrived on-time (early, in fact).

Ordered a cab online. Waited 40 mins. no show. I finally call and they said they didnt have any cabs in that area. Would have been nice to know.

Well Im sketchy of taxis. But I decided to give it a shot. I scheduled pickup at 6:15am to go to airport from grove city. The driver arrived slightly after 6am. Good. Van was a Toyota van new one. Nice clean. Actually ran good lol. They charged me about $35 all in all it was good. Driver didnt talk but that early in the morning and only running on 4-5 hours of sleep I didnt wanna talk anyways.

They quoted me 35.00 on the phone and then charged me 50.00 when I got to the airport. I would have used Uber or Lyft and saved money. They did not tell me there was a fee for using a credit card either. I would never use them again.

I just called this company. He first tell me he can be here by noon. I call back...he anwsers the by saying Hello. Not introducing hiself as a legit can company. Then he says there are no cabs available. These things are good for Uber and lyft drivers. I will never use this company again. I called a uber and the experience and timing was great.

I have been using almost exclusively Columbus Taxi Service for 8 years now. They are extremely reliable and friendly, take credit cards and know Columbus from A to Z.I first picked CTS randomly but sticked with this company over the years with great satisfaction.

Prompt and professional service to the airport. I called to get the cab but the driver said most of the reservations are thru the web site.

Never showed up. Called to ask, the person said hed call the driver, never called back.

My experience was pretty good and I would definitely use these guys again if Im ever back Columbus in the future. I needed to get from OSU to the airport for a flight the next morning. Cut to me googling cab companies at midnight and seriously debating whether to finally sign up for Uber because every single company had awful reviews... however, I noticed these guys had an convenient online reservation request form so I decided to give them a shot. A few minutes after submitting the form, got a call confirming the reservation. Neat! The next morning, the cab arrived on time, 5 minutes early actually. The car itself was bright orange, clean and in good condition, and the driver was friendly and didnt drive like a maniac. The fare seemed reasonable, consistent with the fare I got coming from the airport (minus airport origin surcharge) as well as with the fare estimates posted on their website. P.S. Not saying the negative reviews are fake, but since people are more likely to write reviews after a bad experience it can skew the overall rating. So heres my 2 cents as an additional data point :)

This is truly the BEST TAXI service in Columbus. They are very professional and value their customers a lot. In my case, I had booked a taxi for 4:15 am to the airport. There was a snow storm (over 9 inches of snow) and it was very hard for them to come over to Hilliard. T. Micheal (the driver) made sure that he was at my place before time (4 am). He TRULY RISKED his LIFE for his job b/c when we started driving towards the airport it was not easy at all. It took us 55 minutes from Hilliard to Columbus (usually takes about 20 minutes or less). I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this taxi service to everyone. I was so impressed that I ended up giving Micheal a $30 TIP for being a MAN OF HIS WORD :)

Rude & short over phone & again lie about taxi availablity once they find out how far they have to take you. I have low vision due to a eye disease so try to avoid crossing busy streets. Not that they care. Wanted to get my kids Easter baskets. Not that they care. Not much of a service.P.s. I think the few positive comments below are the taxi ppl themselves trying to increase their rating because all that stuff wrote is LIES LMBO!

I called to figure out the rate because I was planning trip and wanted to know how much the taxi would cost. The guy told me that he had no taxis to dispatch. I told him thats fine I just want to know how much it would cost. He said I cant help you I have no taxis to dispatch. Once he finally understood me he said go online and check and promptly hung up on me I called back several times to gibe him a piece of my mind and he didnt answer until I called the 10th time and he said Im busy call me later and once again promptly hung up on me. Horrible service would never use them or recommend them. Save yourself the time and money and go with another company and hopefully youll have a much better experience.
