I scheduled an appointment 1 week in advance for a specific time. They called 30 minutes before my appointment but I was in a different meeting so called back 10 minutes later. Office said they’d tell the technician. Technician calls 25 minutes later (after he’s suppose to be here) and says he didn’t leave yet since I didn’t answer the phone before.I scheduled an appointment - why do I have to answer the phone for you to come on time? I was fully available at our scheduled time and at the facility location.Technician was then fine but installed locks that require me to now hire a handy man so that they can work properly. Was a bit of a short with me personality type. Not helpful in asking any questions that didn’t have quick answers (was curious on lock options but knew I wasn’t going to get anywhere discussing with him).Then hours after my appointment, I got a call that I needed to go around taking pictures of the 8 locks I had worked on and upload them to a link they texted me and wanted to stay on the phone while I went around taking photos. This is weird. At first I thought it was a scam.I will not be using this company in the future. It’s not that the job was horrible. I have new locks and new keys. But he had to leave the wall plates off the locks otherwise the deadbolts wouldn’t work. That’s janky but ok, calling a handyman I guess (the locks that were replaced worked fine with the wall plate why can’t the company handle this and not make me hire a handyman to fit properly?) The experience is not what I’m going for and would not recommend to a friend.

Called them to unlock my car with my cat in it and they said it’s be 20 minutes, an hour and a half later they told me no one was working and when I asked why they gave me an eta if no one was available they hung up on me

I called and an answering service picked up. I gave them all of my info but then the lady called me back to confirm my location which she had wrong. After I told her where I was the woman rudely said there is no technician in your area and just hung up on me. I find this extremely unprofessional and even though it may just be an answering service it reflects poorly on the company.

They have a price on the phone and once they got here they jack up the price. Quoted for a service fee plus an hourly rate and the bill was almost $80 more than what they quoted on the phone.
