Bonnie and Heather makes the experience great and are very accomodating!!! I been going to them for many years for hearing test and hearing aids. I would suggest, u do your own research if u may want or need a specific kind or brand of hearing aid( s). Knowing if u need more volume, sound, less interference can help versus what u have. The technology is advancing to help us adapt.

Dr. Nordby is an excellent audiologist who genuinely cares about the hearing quality of her patients. While I have moved out of state, Ill miss her and her staff.

If you can go to another Audiologist.. do so because this is the worst of them all.. Nothing but screw ups and delays.. I tried for 5 months to get two hearing aids and I still do not have them. Missed emails and miscommunication and thats just the beginning..
