I was able to make an appointment online and then actually had to text in to reschedule it. He replied quickly and arranged the rescheduling for me! When I got there, he was very polite and answered all my questions. He was also very quick. I was super satisfied with his service so I promised to write him a review. But soon after, I graduated college and left for the Peace Corps. Two years later, Im finally getting to write his review. The fact that I never forgot and am now writing this review should tell you how great GURUmicro is. Im soon going back to the states with my cracked iPhone screen. His shop will be the first place I go (right after a cheeseburger) when I get home. Repair 5/5. Customer service 5/5. Shop and shop location 5/5! I recommend him to all my friends and family!

I would give GURUmicro more than 5 stars if I was able to. I would go nowhere else to have my cell phone repaired. Chad is VERY professional and a pleasure to do business with. GURUmicro saved the day & went way above & beyond for us. The cracky shatter-crunch of an iPhone after taking a dive to a hardwood floor is not a pleasant sound. Even if it’s an old deactivated IPhone 4s that crunch is painful. When said iPhone is used and adored by a 5 year old girl for games and pictures, yep that’s bad, however, when you, the adult, are basically responsible for the iPhone death dive, that’s even worse. The sad look when the little girl asks if it’s like “broken broken” and the answer is yes, from that moment on, you’re on a mission to replace or fix ASAP!Of all of the places we called and all of the dismissals, (it is a 4s after all) some rudeness, and astronomical quotes, our call with Chad from GURUmicro stood out. He was understanding, respectful, courteous, and gave us a great rate. He went out of his way to accommodate us. Thanks to some resourcefullness and kindness he had it ready for us in less than 24 hours. Couldnt get better service for a better price! Chad is very detailed and honest about anything you bring into the store. I have used GURUmicro for every phone and computer Ive had problems with. I had not realized I left my phone on the hood of my truck and it fell off in the street and got ran over by a car (maybe two). Screen was crushed completely and I had low hopes of getting my most recent pics off of it that I hadnt backed up yet. Chad hooked me up and got stuff transferred to my laptop in a short amount of time. He also helped recover laptop data for me about 5 years ago. Despite the cross town drive, I wont go anywhere else. Just left GURUmicro a little bit ago and was overly pleased with my experience. I cracked my iPhone4s screen a couple days ago and did a search here and was looking around at all the sites. GURUmicro seemed legit compared to the other places I was seeing so I used the online appointment booker on the site and set my time slot. I arrived for my appointment and actually sat there as Chad (owner) replaced my screen. Super in depth process that Im glad I didnt try myself. Chad is very personable and knowledgeable on what he is doing and it shows in his work. Shiny new screen and happy customer. Definitely will recommend him to anyone I see with a cracked screen

If you are looking for fast service and the best replacement parts, look no further than GURUMicro. I have used the other repair shops in Pickerington and I was not pleased with the parts being used. GURUMicro only uses top quality parts.
