Ms. Long is amazing, she is so nice & sweet. She always does an exceptional job on my alterations no matter what piece of clothing it is. I have been going to Ms. Long for the past 3 years now every since Ive been in the state of Ohio. You will not be disappointed

The alterations done on my bridesmaid dress were fine, but the dress was still wrinkly and had a stain on the front that was not there when I dropped it off. I have never gotten an item back after alterations that was not steamed and ready to wear. I paid more for the alterations than the dress and will not use this business again.

Yong is wonderful! She had to do a ton of alterations to my wedding dress and got it done when she said she would and it looks flawless. She may not always answer the phone (I had to call 4 times in one day to try to connect with her) but she definitely gets the job done and does a wonderful job! I would highly recommend using Longs for your alteration needs! She is a one person shop so it is understandable she is not always available to answer the phone or have you called back quickly. That would be my only complaint. She tells you exactly what she is going to do to and when she will do it and she absolutely delivers. Yong you are a gem!

Although she does beautiful work, her customer service needs an extreme amount of work. She gave me a specific time to pick up a garment and then called me the day of to tell me she was closing earlier and I needed to pick up the garment ASAP. Unfortunately there was a several hour timeframe difference and I was out of town and had to find someone to pick it up for me. Extreme inconvenience. She will offer a 24 hour service to some individuals and not to others for simple services. I keep trying her because she is so close to my house, but never again.

This alterations specialist was awesome!!! She was able to hem a pair of pants within 24 hours, for only a few extra dollars. AND they looked amazing!!!!! THANK YOU!

Review part 1Longs tailoring.Shes there at 10 oclock and I called a couple minutes after to see if she would take a walk in on some pants that I needed him an address and she welcomed me and told me how to get there and everything. Then when I showed up she was all by herself but she came out to welcome me with a big smile on her face. The place is just a little tailoring shop in a tiny strip mall but she does beautiful work im what I saw I will give the second part of my review after I get my pants back in one week. She actually had surgery on her hand and a Cortizone shot a couple of days prior to me coming in there and so she was a little bit backed up but she didnt rush me whatsoever and she didnt waste my time either. She made me try my pants on right away and got busy measuring me. That morning I had a terrible headache from not eating and probably just stress and the fact that I got zero sleep with two infants at home. I was noticeably dizzy toward the end. She made me sit down and brought me some delicious Korean crackers, an apple, and a water. She made me sit there and eat until I felt better and even gave me an Excedrin for my headache. She was wonderful.Review pt 2(Forgot a before pic but heres the end result)And just as I suspected...she did a beautiful job. Worth the extra five to eight bucks per garment. I paid $15 per pant. She matched the seams perfectly. And my dress which was quite full was $28. But, its perfect now. I will definitely return.Ill upload a pic when I can but needed to get this review up before I forgot.
