We had to have the carpet cleaned when we moved out of our apartment recently. Steam Team Cleaning was amazing! They did a quick survey of the place and vacuumed the carpet before steam cleaning. We have a cat and they made it look brand new. They were so friendly and professional I would recommend to everyone. Just recently got my carpets cleaned before moving into my new residence and the difference it made is incredible. The process of making an appointment was super easy and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The pricing was extremely fair and the lead time for an appointment was very reasonable. On the day of the appointment, I received a text letting me know they were on the way. The team arrived a few minutes early and was courteous and professional. They made sure to understand my needs and then provided their gameplan based on that. I asked them to lock up when they were done. I received a text letting me know when they were complete and also received billing via a link in a text. When I arrived home, the house was locked up exactly as I asked, the carpet including stair cases looked great, and the upholstery cleaning looked amazing; it even brought an old loveseat back to life. In a world of high prices and low quality, this family owned and operated company delivered a very high quality finished product at a great price which is exactly what I needed in order to prep my house for sale. If I was staying in this area I would hire Steam Team Cleaning again and again.

Great job. Arrived early and helped me move furniture. My only suggestion is to have the plastic squares or phone blocks so we can put our furniture back and not have to wait until the carpet dries. This is not a deal breaker, however. I will definitely use them again.

The Steam Team was incredible professional and did a wonderful job cleaning my carpets throughout my home. They removed stains in high traffic areas, and did a magnificent job getting all of my dogs stains and odors out. Gary did a great job cleaning my entire basement, which I had pet stains throughout. While cleaning he showed me the difference between the two areas which was helpful to see. He also protected my home, the door, corners, etc., due to the hoses which has never been done in the past. You can tell he is passionate about what he does because it reflects in his work. WOW... best carpet cleaning company ever. They use green products, the customer service is amazing. You actually get the owner of the company doing your carpets. A job well done

I had Gary with Steam Team come out to clean three areas:steps where my dog had thrown up on them, my daughters bedroom and walk in closet. Besides the dog vomit, we had a foster dog pee on my daughters carpet. I showed Gary all the areas I was concerned about. He pretreated the area with a cranberry scented enzyme, then used a carpet scrubber followed by using an extractor. My carpets looked amazing afterwards! He even found where an ink pen had leaked into the carpet. He really took his time going over all areas of concern. He really takes pride in his work and wants the best outcome and boy did he delivery! Not only do my carpets look amazing, but the enzyme took out the spots from the dog vomit and pee.....even when I used a blacklight. My only complaint is that I did not find Steam Team sooner!
