Possibly the worst drive through car wash I’ve ever had. Lots of fancy lights and foamy stuff, but in the end the only good thing was the vacuum. Bugs all over the front of the car because there was no attendant to brush the front before entering the wash. Soapy film all over when done and no towels to dry with save one paper cloth they handed you when first pulling in. Not impressed and won’t be back.

Doesnt clean the bottom of my car, but it has some curves to it. I like the ability to do a monthly subscription and go through as many times as you want. The vacuums are great. It usually goes pretty quickly even when they are busy. The air freshener you get in their little packs smells fabulous.

Great wash. Lil pricey for results once you get past the $5.00 option. Long lines of people unsure how car wash lines are supposed to work during peak times. Great free vacuums.***Remember folks, dont touch the pedals in the carwash!

Wish it was touchless, but always have a good experience at this location. Even with the cheapest low-fat option, the quality is pretty good as long as your car isnt completely filthy. Vacuums are strong even when crowded and employees are friendly! If Im being nit-picky, an option to spray off floor mats would be kinda cool! Otherwise, great place!

I love the management, the staff and the music choice at this location; however, it doesnt get my car as clean as the other Moo Moo Car wash locations. It would be nice to have this management & staff at the East Broad St. location.

This specific location always seems super busy which honestly would make me pass by it.. HOWEVER this particular day I decided to stop in and was blown away by the great service I received. Steven immediately assisted me at the kiosk and was super helpful and kind. Because of that alone I will be purchasing a monthly pass(Pass can only be purchased with a card). The line went fast, car was washed nicely and there were more than enough free vacuums available. Every employee I encountered were wearing a mask which shows they are doing their part in keeping the community safe, THANK YOU.

Moo moo car wash never cleans my car properly, even after going through it again. No need to spend money with the monthly membership to have to go through it as many times that I want and still have my car looking dirty. Ive been to better car washes.

Great wash and service for the right price. Monthly pass is the way to go if you like to wash your car at least once a week. Its also good for all the in-between mud, snow, rain, cat paw prints and bird poop that happens right after you just washed your vehicle.

It is wonderful. I am one of those people who takes my car through a couple of times a week and this one was great. Also, the vacuums seem much stronger at this one compared to other Moo Moos, for whatever reason. The only downfall is the way the line is here.

Very nice and easy, I would suggest getting the unlimited pass though. It takes about 2 times through to get your car clean.

I have a membership for car wash but have had bad experiences with him several of the different momu carawashes period from my girl getting knocked out to paint gettin scratched and then looking at me and saying well its what should be expected.

I love moomoo and its the only place I go to wash my car and the free vacuum area is a plus. I get the unlimited package and usually wash 2 to 3 times a week so for $30 i get more than my moneys worth. Staff always friendly and they give you free condiments such as towels and tire shine and air freshener. Moomoo all the way 🐄

Only problem is Moo Moo needs a power washer at the entrance of the wash to spray your rear license plate area on your tale gate. It doesnt get washed well if at all in current setup. If that was corrected they get a 5.

Will not be back. For non members that turn to get into the car wash is too sharp. Also the old man in front of me was having credit card issues and it took over 5 mins for someone to help. I pulled out as soon as they walked out. I am just never happy with this location.

Prices went up. Also, it is extremely busy around rush hour traffic times. You may be waiting in line for at least 20 minutes when it’s that busy. My advice is to go in the morning!! :)Update..I was approached about a monthly membership and I decided to sign up. Less than a week later, this location closed down for quite some time to do some remodeling. What a waste of money for my fist month! And I had even talked my boyfriend into the same membership. Ugh. So frustrating! They should have at least warned me of the place being closed down! Unprofessional.Update..The remodel looks very nice! However, my boyfriend witnessed a car accident within their parking lot. This makes us question the new layout of operations. CAUTION: BE CAREFUL WHEN THERE IS HIGH VOLUME CUSTOMERS. The new vacuums that they provide are amazing!: Better suction than before, and also better sized end to get to those hard-to-reach places.

My husband and I visited this facility on 05/24/2021 and it was ok. They need to work on this facility because we paid for the high fluently car wash right and come to find out we still have some stuff still on your vehicle. My husband has on his vehicle a sunroof and we always open to see if the top gets clean. And unfortunately it didnt get clean this time because one of the things werent working properly which was a little disappointing especially when we paid for the most expensive one. Also when we got out and went to vacuum our vehicle out some of the vacuum cleaners werent working, as well. Now granted peeps, were still dealing with covid and they may be having some trouble in getting the parts in for these issues which I can understand but if thats not the case well.....so I just wanted to warn yall before you make a trip here. Plus, the workers that were standing by the machines that you push to select what type of car wash that you need were too busy grabbing away and there is a blind spot to pull your vehicle up to go to said machines and the moment my husband started to pull up, a honda came flashing past us and almost wipe us out on my husbands side of the vehicle where that blind spot is. I mean come on peeps, the workers should of been paying attention to what their supposed to doing and watch that blind spot for yeah so you dont get into an accident. Or at least Moo moo should put up a big circular mirror so when you look up and to the left you can watch that mirror to see if anyone is coming around that blind spot. It aint rocket science yall, it just takes common sense and if you dont have any then just come chat with me for awhile and Ill teach some. Geez, so enter at your own risk peeps. The traffic flow here is like one of those Hot Wheel crash em tracks, but other than that the place is excellent. The staff are helpful and friendly and the car detailing packets seal the deal. I have the subscription now and feel it is a good value for my money.

Great service. A couple vacuums had low blowers and the turn into the car wash was a little tight but the folks working it were awesome!

Fair price, sometimes a wash will miss or skip over small sections but if you say something to the attendant the will send you back through.

All and all Moo Moos is a pretty great car wash was a little dissapointed to find out that it failed to clean any of the back of my car and missed the entire passenger running board. In addition to this they really need to salt their parking lot regularly because as of today the entire lot as a sheet of ice. However other than that my car was spotless and clean.:)

I wash my car at Moo Moo Express quite frequently and love how their workers are directing the long line of customers who are waiting in line off of 256. This keeps the line moving and safer for the cars leaving the Car Wash. Thank you.😊

Moo moo on Broad St. is set up better - this location gets packed and the layout of establishment is not conducive to an organized line. Its still moomoo and a great car wash though, Id recommend going during off hours.

I accidentally vacuumed up something very important to me today. The younger lady tending the vacuums at around 2:30pm immediately came out to help me. We had to go through the canister several times, but she didnt give up and we finally found what I was looking for. Thank you so much! This lady deserves a raise!

Its a drive thru carwash and several self service vacuuming stations. What more is there to say lol. They do have a little store inside for cleaning items for your car as well.

Crazy busy makes it a bit overwhelming.They reorganized the entrance that seems to have helped. But you have to be cautious driving through to get in line.

This carwash does not get your car clean. Never gets the center back of your vehicle. Today I saw several vehicles go by me that the right side was still dirty. I reported it to the staff but they shrugged it off. Only go there to pay for the cheapest wash to get the salt off.

Firstly, the staff is friendly, helpful, and available to you. I too often dont pull left, close enough to reach the credit/debit card slot and/or cannot reach the selection screen, but there seems to always be a helpful employee to my rescue. Secondly, the prices are quite fair. Choices range from a simple, though thorough wash and forceful dry for just $5. For $8, more items are added, the best being underbody wash getting that winter road salt off your car/pickup. Then, a couple more higher price levels give you all the bells & whistles. Also, a monthly plan at any level is a great deal, if you want more than 2 or 3 washes/month. These plans offer unlimited washes with a provided windshield bar code for expediency. All washes come with free self-service vacuums and towel-drying area. The washes are terrific, with a spot-free final rinse. My outside mirrors do not bend back, but they dont get damaged. The lot set-up is well thought through with workable traffic flow. Open 8-8 rain or shine 7 days/week. Very popular business with lots of lunchtime activity. Great experience.

My car always looks brand new after I get it washed at Moo Moo Express! I love this car wash so much I signed up for a membership! If you wash your car, truck, etc more than twice a month you should get a membership too! If you are an Uber driver then keeping you car clean is super important I highly recommend you try Moo Moo Express. I hope everyone loves them as much as I do.

My husband has a membership to wash unlimited times. The price is not bad and it never takes an unusual amount of time. It does a nice job cleaning the car...but I am personally not fond of the scent of the soap; and it stays with the vehicle for a couple of days. You do get free vacuum service with your wash.

Wishing Moo Moos would alert all customers that loud music from customer vehicles is very ANNOYING when Moo Moos provides music.

Love this place! Always a clean car, great vacuums, I even bought an unlimited pass so I can come multiple times per month.

Great value for the price. You still have to do a lot of cleaning and drying after your car comes out of the wash but what do you expect for $5-15. People working there are always friendly. Good music always playing. A good all around business. Monthly pass is a nice bonus option as I like to keep my vehicles clean and you dont have to fret over the weather forecast.

I actually live in Cincinnati, but whenever I am in Pickerington, I make a point to stop at this car wash. It’s amazing. Excellent prices, helpful staff, free vacuums. You can’t ask for more! It’s amazing!

I really like the Moo Moos but I dont like how they have to touch your car multiple times to check for dents or scratches so they dont get sued. I asked one of the workers once why do you need to touch my car he said so they dont get sued they check for dents/scratches. I said cant you look at my car without touching it? He had no response. Besides that the vacuums have a smaller nozzle on them so not really great for big messes like a shop vac would be. 15 min to use the vacuum though so plenty of time & theyre free to use.

I feel if you cant provide complete full service you shouldnt be open Regardless if you advertise there vacuum is free. It still a great part of your service. Now I have to go some where else to vacuum when I could have done that in the first place. Its hard for us all but we have to CLEAN OUT OUR CARS. This is pointless, time and money consuming for your clients.But I give you 2 stars because when you are open thre vacuums are Awesome. Thats why I come to you guys.But you dont see the vacuums are closed til after you pay and curve around to start washing. Thats part of the service
