I went in there Shontel wouldnt let me take a urinalysis test because I have to have a registration number which they never told me I needed to have. But theyre closing now so I cant take a drug test until Monday. The confirmation email that they sent me to let me know that I had my appointment confirmed never said I needed to have a registration number. The lady (Shontel) behind the counter was actually starting to get very rude so I said have a blessed day and left. She told me shes been working here for 13 years. I laughed at her face. I told her she should be fired, she was extremely rude. Im surprised anyone would even consider hiring her. Ive been driving for 14 or 15 hours I just got into town less than an hour ago and headed straight here. I wasnt in the mood to listen to her get snippy with me. I wish I would have known this. Im not too happy about this. Im tired and just want to get this over with.
Had to have labs done while visiting Columbus and wasn’t thrilled about it. I made an appointment at this location in early August and had a great experience. During the pandemic, unfortunately services have truly suffered. Shantell was awesome and helped me stay calm. She was pleasant, funny and finished my labs before I knew we’d started. Everything went perfectly and my physician had my labs within a week.
I have been going to labcorp in pickerington for 3yrs and Chantelle is the sweetest, kind, professional and loving person that has ever drawn me! I have cancer and I need someplace that understands....she does! This is more that a lab, its a friendly, warm, place! I have to go in once a month and I have always been treated like a friend.To the people who had bad reviews.....maybe you should try and be kind and friendly.!Obviously this is not your lab! Go somewhere else!Labcorp corporate office......you should know that this lab is the only lab I will go to because of Chantelle!
I have always had a good experience here, I had to do the drug screen for school and work here. ALL they workers are always nice and sweet. Very professional at there jobs and my experiences here are always good. Never had a problem. Will always go back for my work here.
Went today to have my bloodwork done (on my lunch break). Scheduled an appointment online just to arrive and be told that their location is permanently closed. If that is the case, why are you allowing people to schedule appointments for this location and waste our time by driving over there. I wasted my time, gas and lunch break doing this. Please update you Lab Corp website.
Chantelle has always been so pleasant. Love to just catch up while getting my monthly blood draws. Highly recommended her to family & friends. Very nice place.
The associate at the front desk told me she cant find my insurance even though Ive gone here several times before. And I offered to try and get it faxed and she said that would take 45min? I believe faxes are practically instant, especially just one page. Then proceeded to tell me to not come tomorrow. She seemed lazy, tired and bothered that I had HIV. Educate yourselves and the staff.
Shanell is the only person that I’ll let draw my labs! Thank you so much for your compassion, patience and kindness. I get very nervous getting my labs done, but feel comfortable when Shanell does it. You’ve made this such a better experience for me. Thank you so much.
The front desk staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment and they called to cancel because my appointment was “too late in the day and they wanted to close early and that I don’t actually need an appointment”. No apology or anything for the inconvenience. I came on another day without an appointment and waited for over an hour after checking in online. Everyone waiting was subjected to the girls terrible attitude. I’ve seen several other complaints about the same person. What kind of company allows someone so unprofessional to alienate their customers. I would recommend literally any other location.
The young lady working there today went above and beyond to help me with my employment drug screening today.She was polite and very helpful during my experience.
There were only 3 people seen during the ONE HOUR I waited. Over 20-30 minutes there were no patients being seen, while 4 waited in the lobby. So I went to the front desk and waited for another 7-10 to notify them. Not a soul around behind the desk. So I literally yelled, ‘hey, does anyone work here?’ The employee came up and said ‘sorry, I was talking to my supervisor.’ No customer service skills. Obviously hates working.
Incompetent people that works there. I’ve left 2 voice message to verify appointments with no call backs, showed up to 2 scheduled appts, first was told that I scheduled it too late, second one came in at the time I was told but then was told I should be there at 7AM instead now. Wow, what a waste of my time. Ppl don’t waste your time going there. Smh.
Shantelle has been the best I have ever been to. I tend to get light headed and dizzy and she promptly took me to another room so I could lay down. I had two big blood panels that needed to be completely and she got it done so quickly I was shocked! And relieved! She made sure I had enough time to sit up and make sure I wasnt going to pass out. She was so kind and compassionate. She had also taken care of my little girl who had been terribly sick and was dehydrated so her veins were not the best for blood drawls. Shantelle once again pulled of a miracle and got the draw on the first try instead of several as has been our experience in the past. I would like to see LabCorp add another person to the office so Shantelle is not alone. I dont think its fair that she has to handle everything by herself which would include peoples nasty behaviors. Good job Shantelle, keep up the good work!!!!
Shanell is wonderful! I often have to get blood work multiple times per week. Shanell takes great care of me throughout the process each time. She is patient when my doctors office has issues with the orders being in the system and I also appreciate her knowledge and confidence in her job when taking my blood. She always gets it right the first time! I choose to continue to go back to this location because of the great service from Shanell!

I showed up at 3:40 to get my drug test done.Lady that works there was like Im done doing drug test for the day, come back tomorrow . I said where is that posted? She said it was on the number voicemail which i know it aint true. Horrible place.
Shanell is great i’ve been going to LapCorp Pickerington for a year in total and she is the only one I trust drawing my blood! She does a great job every single time and is so nice and caring! Highly recommend

The lady at the counter was so rude. I gave her an order and she pushed it back at me and said I cant read that. When I tried to ask a question she cut me off and she couldnt even find the test I came in for.

Highly recommend updating address as online it says 664 but on the phone line it says 644 for street address. Neither of them properly show up in maps correctly. Ended up meeting someone else at the Manor that was looking for LabCorp as well. We ended up from the Manor, to the behavior clinic, to the pharmacy and no one really seemed to know where it was at. This whole time I tried to get ahold of the LabCorp office, I called 5 times with no answer and they were definitely open and back from lunch!! Finally we were told it’s actually in the back of the Pickerington Women’s Health Center and it used to be a little garage. Sure enough there it is hidden in a little corner of the sign, and in the far back. So please update address for others and answer the phones!
The front Desk lady is incredibly rude and doesnt follow the schedule on the door or the website. This place is awful and I hope corporate checks them out. Ps if you hate your job try and find a new one!
Staff has always been wonderful!! I had to do the long glucose test and I wasnt feeling well. The lab technician found a bed in a back room for me to rest on while I waited my hour.

I visited this office today for a pre-employment test. I had an AWESOME experience. The young lady Shanell (I believe that was her name) was pleasant and very helpful. I was in and out and back to work within 35 mins. I always like to shout out people for OUTSTANDING customer service.Great Job Shanell!! Keep up the good work.
I had to do a retest do to the sample being too diluted, when I went back for the retest I showed up at 3:30 and the office was closed but the door said closed at four. So I drove back up to day and arrived at 11:45. I was informed that they were closing for lunch. The sign on the door says they close for lunch at noon not 1145 I asked if they would go ahead and do the chest she informed me that quote their computers shut off“ having been To a number of lab Corps facilities in my past I know this is not the case. A three minute drug screen would not keep you from going to lunch at noon. The lady was very rude and hateful towards me the first time I went in for the original test and then again today for the retest.
Ive been coming to this LabCorp location since theyve been open. Im always greeted with a smile. Staff is always very efficient and does a great job job everytime I come! I never go anywhere else.
Patricia Ortega is absolutely wonderful ! I cant imagine anyone having a bad experience with her running the Pickerington Office. She went out of her way to help solve some insurance issues, she worked around my schedule, and made several recommendations to help my situation. And then..she did all the lab work. Shes great !
Shanel or how ever you spell it, is not a pleasant person to talk or ask a question. She smacks her gums and is rude I would not recommend this place to check in. The only reason I had to come was for insurance reasons. Please avoid and go to another one
I recently went in at 11:27am 06/27/2019 for a drug screen and I was practically shoved out of the door because the staff were going to lunch at 12:00pm-1:00pm.. I kindly reminded the front desk staff that on the website it does say closed 12:00pm-1:00pm for lunch.. Even on the schedule listed at the front door it says the same thing but she rudely denied and told me they were were still closed quickly and turned away to discontinue the conversation...I came back at 1:00pm.. The same lady that turned me away the first time came to unlock the door, rolled her eyes, walked away and sat down at her desk. She didn’t even open the door to kindly greet me and the 3 people behind.. From that moment I knew my experience was already going to go down hill from her demeanor. I checked in, and Lakeisha Hollins took me back for screening. I politely smiled and said hello as we were walking back and she ignored. While in the testing area she bluntly gave me the test and instructions. By then I’m guessing everyone is just having a bad day.After testing she turned around and said “You can wash your hands if you WANT to” and looked at me as if I was just so disgusting. All I could do was stare at her, like seriously? I washed them and she smacks her lips because drops of water got on the counter (in which I was going to wipe up), she reaches over me and wipes up the counter with an attitude. When I went to get my stuff out the locker she stopped me and said “Um no you need to sign right here, these three pages”. Me, still saying nothing just shook my head and signed. She then snatched the forms and states “Thank you, you’re welcome, HAVE A NICE DAY”.By then I’m shocked and just ignored her. I walked to finish getting my stuff and then she repeats it a second time but includes “GOODBYE” at the end. After that her and her co-worker literally laughed in my face as I walked out and slammed the door.. (I shouldn’t had but I did, I was frustrated) I can see if I was rude or said something unkind to them but they literally were HORRIBLE. I had to call the Corporate Office just to report the situation and be sure she didn’t try to sabotage my test for a very important job. I hate to be that person calling corporate but hey I’m not sure what her deal was and you can’t trust people now’a’days who act like that.Even though I called corporate, I will also be calling the Headquarters tomorrow and emailing my complaints because this is ridiculous and someone needs to get to the bottom of this. There’s nothing that will change my mind either.
Front desk person was rude, she should not register patients, they need someone else at the front desk. How many comments do they need before they replace someone. I never received my results.
Just tried to visit this Lab Corp location on 12/28/2017 for a quick blood draw. They advertise they close at 5 pm. I pulled in their parking lot at about 4:50pm and saw a person behind the front desk. As I was getting out of the car and walking to the front door. she got up locked the door and went to the back. Now I know it is close to closing but dont advertise you will be open till 5:00 if youre going to shut your doors early.

Ive been going to the Pickerington location for over a year for blood work. There are times I get right in and other times I had to wait my turn. Never had a problem with the staff. Most of the time there is only one personworking doing everything so be patient, she will get to you. I use to live a mile from this lab but I moved to Lancaster and still go to Pickerington.
Very rude staff...I do not recommend this place.
I had a pre employment drug screen that i came in to do i was in and out pretty fast on that Saturday but my work never got the results from them. I will not go back to this play for one again
Was a walk-in near lunch with orders that were faxed to the office and veins that have become tricky to hit and painful to stick. The orders were there, check-in was quick and the phlebotomist is very good. I could not have asked for a better experience.
Waited almost 2 hrs just for a drug screen and it was only me and another person Waiting, very unprofessional.
The Pickerington location is the best Labcorp I have been to as of late. The young lady that works here is very pleasant and the service was fast and efficient!
Say in the lobby for more than an hour after the tech took a lady back, shut the window and ignored everyone else waiting. Its not fair to the customers or staff that you have just one person working, responsible for everything.
3/7/18 Fasted for 12 hours while Im pregnant for my 3 hour glucose test. Showed up at 8:15am this morning after I scheduled an online apptmt thru labcorp website. The front desk employee, Chantelle was absolutely awful and rude. She told me I will have to reschedule because the offices close for lunch at 12pm. Why would I come here if I cannot complete a glucose test per your office schedule. It also took me 2 weeks of calling and no one ever answers the phone here to obtain a fax number so my doctor can send the order in. Horrible service.
Staff was rude and service was extremely slow. Sat in the waiting room for over an hour. Only 1 patient was seen in that time, several others in waiting room. Some patients were standing bc there was no seating available. Went to the window to ask a question and was told they were too busy to answer me.
After fasting for 12 hours to get bloodwork done, we showed up at 0836 this morning only to find out that the answering machine lies and they were not open. Now we have to take a day off work to go get blood work. Never again!ANSWER YOUR PHONES! Had you answered your phone any of the multiple times I tried calling this week, we would have avoided this.
I went to drugs test but they did not sand my results to my probation just wast my money they are no good
