Breeze Cooling & Heating technicians are always prompt, friendly and professional. When I needed new AC units installed, I used Breeze Cooling & Heating to purchase and install them. They also replaced my water heater a few years ago, with seamless installation. Joe was my technician today and has been to my house several times. He ensured that both of my AC units were checked, clean and functioning properly. He is always friendly and I appreciate his attention to detail. I would highly recommend Breeze Cooling & Heating!

Breeze Cooling & Heating company has a 24 hour answering service and they actually answered immediately! Within two hours I had help at home. I had the pleasure of having Joe come diagnose the issue- my Nest requiring some wiring fix, which he was able to provide. He was professional and courteous and able to fix the problem. Did a great job for an emergency furnace repair.

Had a minor issue with my boiler with that being said I needed it fixed asap I was told that their Openings for service were pretty much full. I emailed Joe, he knew that it was important to get it fixed very soon. He called me and said can we come out right now. I was amazed and happy. And with the visit he found a more dire issue where the boiler would not run correctly. Any HVAC issues h&s will be my choice!!

My furnace suddenly refused to work. I contacted Breeze Cooling & Heating and reply was in 5 min. Hour later Joe was at the house. After precise work and lot of teaching words, furnace was up and running. Thank you guys for quick response, thank you Joe for the great job. Do not hesitate call them if you are in trouble. Our tech was awesome. He was on time, efficient and very kind. After meeting him I decided to have my AC replaced. He called the office from my home and the appointment is already scheduled and we are ready to get the job done. I give them my greatest recommendation! 5 stars!!!

Very impressed with the quick response time when our AC went out yesterday. The technician quickly resolved the issue and I appreciated that he wore a mask when he had to come through the house. With someone in our house being in the high risk group for Covid we are grateful when people take extra precautions. He was also very friendly and kept us informed while he was working. The great people at Breeze Cooling & Heating replaced our downstairs unit this week. We called Sunday evening to let them know there was an issue, but that we could certainly wait until the next day for them to take a look at it. Sure enough, they were here the next day, diagnosed the issue, and (as we suspected) confirmed that we needed to replace our old unit. They had one in stock by the next day and set up the replacement appointment for the following morning. They worked efficiently and VERY cleanly, leaving no mess of any kind. We are always thrilled with how the staff respond to our needs and how great they are to work with. This is the ONLY HVAC firm to use in the area. They are aces!

This review is for my experience interacting with companys representative Joe who stopped by to evaluate my aging HVAC. Thanks to Joe, in five minutes I learned about my HVAC and system in general more than from 4 previous guys combined. He did not try to up sell me and did not use any of those typical tactics used by many in the industry. Unfortunately, his company could not offer what I was looking for but overall experience was great and pleasant. The experience was so positive that I thought I should write a review.

Our furnace has been acting up for a few days. It started to pop every time it would kick on I called Breeze Cooling & Heating and Joe was sent out investigate the issue. After diagnosing the problem he was able to price it to the penny what it was going to cost to fix the problem. However, due to the age of our furnace the fix would only be temporary. We decided to go with a new Furnace/AC instead. He put in for a Home Comfort Advisor to come out and speak with us. The advisor was out to our home the same day. I would recommend this company to friends and family. Thank you for making this a painless process.

Everything went smoothly throughout the process.The technicians who came explained everything to me and answered all the questions i had. Everyone I dealt with was polite and professional. They were very honest and did an excellent job.Am very impressed and would definitely recommend them.

Joe is not your regular AC guy. He is more like a neighbor. Very friendly and caring! I felt comfortable alone with Joe. He was very understanding. I invited his family over for dinner he was just that nice. He is someone you will always remember. Very sweet and humble.

The representative was very personable. He started off by telling me a few things that could be affecting my system and checked on the simple things first. Confirmed what the issue was and didnt try to upsell me on parts or fixing anything that wasnt broken. This is the fourth HVAC Company I have used in the past four years and the only one I have had a positive experience with.

Both techs were polite and helpful. Lady at the Office called the morning of the appointment and confirmed that Joe would be coming in the window of time of the appointment. Joe was very careful in cleaning and checking our air conditioner. He explained information about our equipment and answered all of our questions thoroughly.

Joe was very professional and was determined to see that my furnace was putting out hot air. It was warranty work and therefore paid for only the fuel cost. He advised me on possible upcoming issues. True asset to the company.
