Could not have been more pleased, from start to finish. We had some water damage from a bad storm last summer. Our insurance company referred us to Miller. Stu Rieben was the project manager. He was knowledgeable, professional and very detail oriented, and clearly committed to excellence. The contractors he brought in were equally professional and did meticulous work, which included drywall removal and repair, and painting, as well as removing and replacing hardwood flooring. The project moved smoothly, everyone showed up on time, completed the work promptly and efficiently, and were easy to work with. The finished project is beautiful. A+++

When I had a flood in my kitchen another company did the remediation and it was good until they didn’t call me back for weeks. I found Miller and couldn’t be happier. They came right out to give me an idea of the repairs, worked with my insurance company and helped explain the process. They got back to me quick on all my questions and made the process painless. All their workers were super friendly, hard working and did an excellent job. Would recommend!! I worked with Jessica and she was fantastic.

Fantastic Service-- They made what was a huge headache with the water damage and put it all back together for us. The team came in cleaned and sanitized everything and then communicated with and handled everything we needed with the insurance company. They then coordinated everything with various tradesmen to put our place back together. They really made it easy for us without the worries !!!

Miller restoration worked with my insurance carrier, State Farm, to get me the full amount to cover the repairs. State Farm was very difficult and gave me a hard time initially. The subcontractors did an excellent job on the painting and repairs. I would recommend them to anyone.

Miller Restorations General Contractor Jessica and crew went over and beyond our expectations. She kept us up to date on what was going on the job site. She came where my Nan was relocated to go over style choices and help make selections. She was always available by phone. On time!!! What contractors do you know that start and finish in a reasonable amount of time. Jessica and her crew set the bar high. I feel spoiled. I don’t know what I’m going to do if I have smaller jobs that need to be taken care of. The kitchen and bathroom are gorg!! The hardwood floors were given new life. I’m super impressed.

The job was a restoration of a kitchen and bathroom from water damage through an insurance claim . It needed to be completed quickly so they were able to fit me in immediately. They are crooks. Do yourself a favor: call someone else. They harass you if you do not answer, not professional, some of the staff are nice, but watch them. You have been warned!

They came out immediately. Did a thorough inspection of room subjected to water damage and immediately got to work on drying everything out. Did check up every day until all was completely dry. Took down the damaged walls and cabinets that could not be restored. They were professional, informative, and very polite. Excellent communication and customer service.

Miller Restoration responded to my call when I had a toilet overflow that flooded out my bathroom, kitchen, den, and laundry room. This was my SECOND water damage experience in three months so I was beyond devastated. My first reconstruction had just been finished and was now ruined. Miller responded promptly and professionally and really were very kind and caring. At the time, covid19 had started, and them, knowing I was a nurse, made sure they left me with hand sanitizer. From drying out my rooms, to tearing out the walls, floor, and carpets through the reconstruction process I was thrilled! I really don’t have the words to describe how pleased I am with the outcome of their work. And please let me add that I’m VERY PARTICULAR and they dealt well with my perfectionist ways. Millers Restoration provided a clean up service for my flooded basement.  They were willing to work out a payment plan, but that is the only positive thing I can say about this company.Unfortunately there were many negatives.  To start the bill I received was inflated as they charged for things that they never actually done, like monitoring their equipment and cleaning my first floor (the water never reached the first floor) and actually completely cleaning my basement floor.  They came in dropped a pump to pump out the basement, returned the same day to pick up their pump, drop a dehumidifier and some fans, then never came back to monitor anything because they failed to communicate effectively with us.  They called; told us when they were available to stop by to check on the equipment and the clean up.  When we werent available to let them in they left the area and didnt come back for seven (7) days.  That is when they picked up their equipment.  The person that called was disrespectful to my wife and had a very poor, mostly negative attitude.  I addressed this issue with the owner and he disclosed the particular employee is disgruntled, but only offered an empty apology as the solution.  The company did not like when I did respond to them in a timely manner about the bill.  My lack of response was a calculated attempt to show them how it felt to be ignored as I was throughout the process.  I am extremely glad all of my interactions with this company is over!!!  I do not and will never recommend them to anyone.

I had my split system air conditioner fail due to improper installation. When I realized how much water damage I had I called these guys. Boy am I glad I did I had a technician at my home in less than 24hrs. The tech assured us they would take care of everything from remediation to rebuild. I am a picky person when it comes to my home. Miller restoration did not disappoint there remediation crew was quick,friendly, and thorough. When it came time to repair the damage Doramay and his crew took the utmost care in making sure we were happy with all the work that was being done. They made sure the plaster to drywall seems were undetectable they did a great jo and even painted the walls in the room the color my wife was planning on painting them. Lucky her I hate to paint and it just so happened all this happened as she was working on the room. Over all what I am getting at is we were extremely pleased with the whole process I hope We do not need there services in the future but if I do there is no question on who I will be calling.

Unfortunately I had a grease fire in my kitchen. My insurance company recommended Miller Restoration. Thank goodness they did! Miller Restoration and Stu Rieben were amazing. He helped me from the beginning to the end. He was always there to answer any of my questions. The workmanship was great! I would recommend Miller Restoration to anyone.

I initially gave Brain and crew a 5 star favorable review, but upon looking more closely a the work I am changing it to unsatisfactory. They were polite, they were punctual, but they were not careful and their work was not good. I have 12 feet of missing base board, ripped and gouged wallboard and paint, and broken furniture. They even managed to gouge the ceiling. I have tried to contact the company, was told Brian or another person would contact me, neither one has called.

Could not have been better!We were in Florida when a water pipe froze and broke wiping out our Family room, Kitchen Foyer and basement. It had to be gutted down to the studs and sub floor, those rooms and basement rewired and mold prevention treatments. After interviewing a number of contractors which did not want to do the entire job we were introduced to Miller Restorations and Stu Rubin. From the minute he walked in he showed concern for our job. He reviewed the insurance estimate and found many errors and missed items. Contacted the insurance company and got everything corrected with no effort on our part. The workmen and workmanship was outstanding. He offered many ideas and was constantly checking on the progress, we had some extra things done and the price was great. The contractors were scheduled so there was never any downtime and the end result was beyond our wildest expectations. We were considering an in-law suite and they were the first people we called.Truly as good as it gets!

I am a repeat customer and I highly recommend Miller Restoration. When a pipe burst and flooded my living room my insurance company recommended Miller Restoration to clean up the damage. They came the same day, removed the damage and dried the area. They were professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. They knew exactly what they needed to do and had all of the equipment on their truck.Four months later I had a leak in my shower that got behind the drywall and did a lot of damage, including mold. I did not hesitate to call them, they identified the issue, removed the damaged area and dried it out while using plastic barriers so no other areas would be affected.I was so impressed with their work that I used them to repair the damage. The manager, Stu Rieben worked with my insurance company, stayed within budget and kept in touch with me every step of the way. The workmen were very skilled in all aspects of the job, installing the new shower, tile floor and the vanity/sink; they restored my bathroom to a better condition.Water damage is a stressful event and they really made the difference through the whole process. They exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend them.

Found out from neighbor at 8pm that my basement was flooded from burst water heater, and I was 2 hours away. With assistance from my insurance company, Miller Restoration offered to be there at 11:30pm, on a Saturday night! I felt grateful, relieved, and shocked in a good way. Miller get you on the road to recovery.We had a flood from our washer. Fortunately Miller was able to send a technician out at 5 pm to help stabilize the situation. The next day, the technician returned and got to work. Miller knows the insurance company rules, which unfortunately ties their hands in certain times. The technician worked on the highest priority items that could be saved to making sure things could start drying out. I would have no idea where to start.Thank you, Miller! They made a bad situation livable. Their technician, Andrew, answered all of my questions and worked hard, including weekends, to help my family get back on the road to recovery.

All of the people we dealt with at Miller Restoration were great!They came out very quickly to begin mitigation on our water damage and came back every day while the fans were running to check on the drying process.The construction crew spoke English and were very polite. We had extensive water and antifreeze damage from a broken sprinkler pipe in our attic which affected the attic, three upstairs bedrooms, upstairs hallway, kitchen, dining room, and basement. We had several estimates for repairs. Stu Rieben of Miller restoration gave, by far, the most detailed and comprehensive estimate for repairs. We contracted Miller and were extremely happy with their services. Stu coordinated a team of subcontractors to make the repairs. This included dry wall, paint, trim, hardwood flooring, electrical, and carpeting. The finished result was better than it was before the damage and the work was completed on time and on budget. I would highly recommend Miller restoration for any restoration repairs, especially when working with insurance claims. Stus detailed reports of the damage and repairs made working with the insurance company very easy.

Our insurance company recommended Miller Restoration after we had water damage in our house that affected all 3 floors of our house. Stu Rieben, our project manager, was a life saver. He was constantly in contact with us every step of the way, and was so professional and diligent. Whenever I had questions, he would get back to me right away. Dirtyed up my carpet by not putting something down to cover carpet. Blowers and Humidifiers installed in basement kept shutting off. Trying to bring equipment into the house that could not fit thru the door. I got fed up told them to leave, called USAA and when with another company who knew what they were doing.

Immediate Response to request for remediation services; both office/management and technician communicated well and in a timely manner. The technician (Shawn) responding was professional and very respectful of my home and family. All personnel were very knowledgeable (I know this from my many professional years in safety, health and environmental services in the oil and energy industry) and had great attention to detail, both in they way they worked/remediated and documented the overall event/loss.Also worth noting that Miller Restoration (Will and Emily), even after having completed the work at my home, responded to my requests for additional documentation in an expedient manner. Documents needed by me to support dealing with other vendors working on the home and overall loss that had not done such a good job. Looking at their documentation I was yet again impressed w/their attention to detail and professional manner (almost 200 pages of reports included photos, diagrams, meter readings and water mapping/levels/measurements throughout their process).Summary - Professional, responsive, communicates well, respectful with very competitive pricing. Would recommend to anyone who has suffered through a water loss who needs 100% assurance that the job is done and well and that any associated health risks to your family are fully mitigated.
