We had broken a window during a remodel and had to have it replaced. We chose them in October 2020 as the sales person said they could do it quickly since he has an order with a builder, and to make sure everything matches in the space since they had aluminum frames, we ordered 5 total windows and a double sliding door to replace a window and a door. In late January/early February they were finally out to do it as they had some issues with the manufacturer getting them windows, and there was no communication from RemodAZ with updates until we started to hound them. 12 weeks after anticipating 8 weeks, and had to put our flooring install on hold since the door changed the wall line a bit.The installation was a horrible 5 day ordeal, shoddy new framing work leaving doors and windows being out of plumb/tweaked so they are really hard to open and close, my family wont even use one side of the slider. They also broke the new window during install which was the replacement for the one we broke that started this all, but they assured me they ordered the window on the spot, there are gaps in the aluminum frames on some of the windows and the paint is horrible. These windows and doors seemed to miss Quality Control altogehter. About a month after install, they sent someone out from the glass company who confirmed they were installed incorrectly, but just sprayed some silicon lubricant and did no thing with the frame elements that were supposed to be replaced with the slider due to paint defects and operation, nor the broken glass. Then nothing from them until May when Anna let me know they could not get the aluminum any longer which is months after it was ordered, but could replace in Vinyl. I told her they would all need to be replaced to match, but she couldnt respond as she was just the messenger, I asked to talk to someone who could actually make decisions for the company.Continued silence for another month, then I get a message from Anna saying Tammy is coming out with the glass guy to finish on June 16th, which was confirmed between 10 and 1, and on the 16th no one came out - no call no show. We were home so this was not a missed connection. On June 22nd I get a message from Anna threatening to take me to court for not being able to finish. I still dont have my kitchen together since the window still needs to be replaced. They have made no effort on their end and dont come out when they confirmed they would. I reiterated that they need to have someone. I had to fix problems they created by not doing the drywall and electrical work correctly. I replied to the text saying someone who can make decisions would need to contact me, now in text as clearly everything should be in writing, and no response yet.I would not recommend RemodAZ, my house is still not done and we still have a broken window, but they are constantly delaying and now threatening when this 8 week project turned into 9 months, all for 5 windows and a door.

Ordered all new windows and slider in November 2020. We had to call constantly after 60 days to find out the status of our windows. In early February they were finally installed, but all four windows had scratches, dings and nicks on the frames and weren’t sealed properly. The contractor got angry with me because I asked them to correct it. The owner came out and made us promises, and never followed through. They ordered, through our warranty, for new windows in February 2021. We have not heard a word from them since. Now no one will return our phone calls emails or texts. And they expect us to pay for a faulty product. Terrible

Avoid this company at all costs. Signed the contract with Trevor (even though I didnt like the high pressure technique) February 2020. Its now March 2021 & my house only has 3 of the 5 windows they were suppose to replace done. The 3 windows that were installed last year are subpar at best. One of the windows was clearly too small & they used a bunch of small wedges to make it centered & did a terrible job of sealing the gaps. The owner, Tammy, came out once in the summer & tried to say they wouldnt continue with any other windows being installed because my home had a roof leak!! But she told me not to worry because she knows a great roof guy! BUYER BEWARE when a window company is trying to sell you a new roof. This company is terrible. When they finally called to say they have the other 2 windows in stock they cant schedule the install until the last week of April 2021, literally 14 months after signing the contract. They never call back, customer service is non-existent & literally the new dual pane window they installed leaks more air than the original single pane 1990 window it replaced. Multiple times Ive requested to just call it a wash & have them void the rest of the contract since they cant deliver on the windows & they refused. When I said how the new window installed was terrible Tammy said shed have the window manufacturer get in contact with me, that never happened. Avoid this company at all costs.

I signed with them and had to cancel which was within the 3 day cancellation window as allowed, but they never returned my 50% ($2,400) deposit. I’m an older woman living on a single income and they took $2400 from me for absolutely nothing. I honestly don’t know how they sleep at night doing business like that. They gave me the run around for months instead. It’s like Tammy Robinson likes to play with people. Beware.

Trevor came out and gave a great presentation. Ive had sales people come out several times for various projects, and its usually some lame, gimmick-y sales pitch that makes me feel like a dumb home-owner. But it wasnt the case with him! He was informative and personable, and didnt make me feel pressured into going into the purchase blind. It took a while to get the install, but just because they build the windows to the exact measurements ahead of time so they didnt have to cut into the brick, which I preferred. Then when the workers did come, they were also very professional and kind. Our dog was barking the whole time at them and they didnt seem too annoyed, but tried to make her like them. Then the project manager stopped by after the work was done to make sure it all went perfect. Overall a great company, and as a young female home-owner, I walked away from the experience with fantastic new windows and a confidence in a new company I can refer in my business and personal life! I did not end up choosing this company, but I would recommend getting multiple quotes and do some research. Remod AZ had a very nice presentation and appears to be selling very nice high quality windows however I was frustrated with their high pressure sales tactics. For example they originally quoted me $27,000 but were willing to take it down to $20,000 if I could commit that day. It felt like a good deal but I’m glad I didn’t because after a little research on google I found that the product they were charging me over $1,000 per window for should really be less than $500 per window including installation. Any time a company try’s to make you commit without giving you time to do your own research is a red flag for me.

We had a few different companies visit us back in July/August 2020. Remod had a good presentation with a light bulb showing heat through the different panes of glass. Which is more than any other company had done. They offered to take $1000 off if we commit with them that day, and we did. We went with the Aztec style dual pane windows and a new french door. The windows come with a double lifetime warranty. So if we no longer have the home the lifetime warranty will transfer over 1 time to the new owner.The financing paperwork came and we were approved. Our first payment was to be in October.Weve called multiple times to get updates on our order and we keep getting, oh I will have the owner call you back shes out in the field. Or we get, Ill have Anna call you back since youve spoken to her before.We have never, EVER received a call back. In December I called and explained that its disappointing that we are never given any updates and no one calls us back at our request. I explained that if there are delays its fine we understand that things happen but we want to be informed. Yet we are never informed. After I explained this to Anna she said she will right it down and make sure to call us every Tuesday and Thursday which is when they receive deliveries to see if our order arrived.After a week I called because we never heard backDuring that call Anna pushed it back onto the owner for not doing her job and when I countered that she said she would call, she yelled at me that she doesnt need this and hung up on me.I waited a couple weeks and called again and my girlfriend emailed the owner as well. No apology for the horrific customer service, no apology for the delay, no explanation except various excuses like, the manufacturer has a shortage on tempered glass, we have alot of jobs we are doing right now, we are meeting with the manufacturer and fill you in with an update.....and still we have never received an update. It is now January 8, 2021, 6 months have passed and all we get are excuses, lies, and still no windows (and a door).My advice is to avoid this company completely.We dont want them touching our home because if its this hard to get an update, I cant imagine how difficult it is for them to stand by their warranty and quality of their work.We are trying to cancel and we are ignored.Do Not do business with these people!!!!!Youve been warned.Youre welcome.
