Very poor at making sure your hours are documented. My paycheck would always come out less than expected not once have I gotten what I was supposed to. I would have to leave a check from the week before just to get another check so both of them add up to what Im really supposed to make. I had a job that paid me $14.25hr and I would get paid less than what I expected. The job I had there first was paying me $13hr and I would get paid a little more than from the $14.25 which made no sense at all. There staff never keeps track of your hours and has excuses to why they dont when its documented by the company that we work for bit when it gets to Ameritemps something always happens to your hours. One of the worse agency to work for!You are better off getting a part time job than to work here because you basically work full time just to get paid as a part time Job.

Was told to come in for a position they told me about. I made my way down to the office. When I arrived I was told the position is no longer available and they offered me two other positions that were paying less than what I was expecting insult to injury is what it was after they’re very unprofessional and asked to stop looking for work through them.

Well I was only paid for half of the hours I trained for. My paperwork was lost. And they refused to issue my paycheck for my total hours. Of employement. Even though i received a text message from LG the training officer that my check was ready. In addition on training day. The trainer LG just put people down to the employing company management. This place is a joke I cant believe its still in business. Dont go here youll end up not getting paid on time, or if you do get paid it will more than likely be missing hours. People save your time and energy and choose a different temp agency. They assign jobs and then dont even know who works where if they valued their employees then they would have a slight idea of who you are and where they placed you.

Honestly Ameritemps isn’t that bad of a company, they had found me work right away when I was really in the time of need. However I feel as if they could guide their employees more when sending them onto a new job site that they have no idea about so they aren’t walking around like an idiot. This is my first time working an actual job with actual big hours so it was overwhelming and I felt like I was wondering around for about the first week or so not being able to actually communicate with my coworkers workers, managers... etc so I’m glad Kathy and LG were their to help me when they tried to say my hours went missing and gave me a 75 dollar check after I had worked my A off, besides LG and Kathy helping me they had just given me a paper to write my missing hours on and then kinda sent me on my way saying without any confidence “we will give you a call back” which led to a cat and mouse game of phone calls after phone calls after phone calls all in all I felt like LG Mostly handled the situation with Kathy and the employees at Ameritemps we’re kinda just there

Unreliable and unprofessional. Went two different times to interview for the same position and nobody knows anything. People need a job. If I wanted to play around I would go rack up my credit card and take my kids to Dave and Busters. Overall dissapointed. Worthless to say the least. They get you jobs and are decently nice when you get a hold of them, but good luck getting anyone to answer the phone even during their normal business hours.The amount of times I’ve called during business hours only to go straight to their voicemail that states their business hours, confirming that they SHOULD be answering their phone is appalling.

They never answer theyre damn phone so you have to go all the way to there location to see what jobs are available and 90% of the time they wont have any jobs to send you to. I hate this place, definitely wouldnt recommend to others

I called relentlessly to see if they had a my paycheck. Nobody answered so I paid for a ride, when I arrived, they basically didnt have me in the system. In result, I never was compensated for my time or inconveinence. Aside from my integrity being chastised they proceeded to tell me they will first confirm if I was honest before they gave me a call. Besides, throwing away chips in an warehouse alley is a bit degrading. Anyhow, I wish this company the best of luck and hope they can improve their inability to provide a professional service.

Do not work here. I have had multiple cases where they try to say I didnt work the hours I say I do. They will send you to a really unprofessional place that doesnt keep track of employees. Or that will end your assignment for no reason. Third time over the past year where they have put me on hold for over 15 minutes when Im asking about missed time on a check. All they will say is here fill out this form. Well call you. They wont. You will call and call and call and call. And will get no answer. Dont bother going to this place unless its dead ass your last resort.

There is no point in going here. They basically want u go work for free so they can keep your money and never pay u. I’ve worked two jobs with them and they both cut me short on my check then made me fill out a missing checks paper and didn’t pay me the hours missing until 2 weeks later after calling them so many times. After the second time they did this I will never come back. I don’t even know how this place is still in business.

No place is perfect but if you need work check out ameritemp some of the places they send you have the high turnover and some of the places are for the Young so if you can hang with some hard work go there they will keep you busy

Despite all the bad reviews i love ameritemps. They have given me great jobs and opportunities its all in the way you present and carry YOURSELF. Now working hand on hand with them they are very quick at finding me new people. I specially love the girls at the chandler office so kuddos to them thank you girls for everything.!

I was denied an application over the phone because I told them I had my medical marijuana card, but I can still pass any kind of drug test because Im not using. They told me no I cant apply... I explained that might be against the law and I wanted to record our conversation about me being denied an application. They continuously hang up. Give rude remarks as if Im asking her too much to repeat herself. Almost everything is minimum wage places that will work you like a dog. From Ross warehouse to bed manufacturing. All 13$ jobs they will staff for 10.

Wouldnt pay me and just wasted my time every day they told me to call them the next day to see what happen with my missing hours and every time i called they had no idea that y filed for missing hours and that job was really hard and all that for nothing i worked 16 hours that day :(

They did not pay me my full checks and tried to tell me i only worked a few days out of the week, when i have been working 5 days total a week. And because of this my daughter and i lost our home and became homeless. I plan to call the department of labor on them. No one go with this temp agency. They will rip you off.

I give them props for hooking it up with a job. But I Literally called today because Ive been working with no days off since September 6. Me and a friend work at the same place they assigned us. we both have the same night shift job and work the same hours. Funny how I called saying that the hours didnt match the to date pay.i did get payed for Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. But its funny how my to date pay is around $400, when my friend has around $600 considering that we worked the same hours and havent had a day off yet. Ameritemps gave me the excuse that the money will be in the next check. The only way to know for sure is to wait till next week. I will update this review.

The most unprofessional temp service Ive ever been to!!! When asking when paychecks were going to be available for pick up, i was told Thursday mornings. Then i was asked what location i worked at, i was told that i had to wait until they were going to be delivered there on Friday even though my check was right there. The reason?WE DONT WANT PEOPLE TO NOT SHOW UP FOR WORK ON FRIDAY IF WE PAY THEM ON THURSDAYsomething else aint it?

I called to make various appointments no answer. Ver unprofessional then I do a walk in at 12:30 they are at lunch from 12-1:00pm says the paper on the door. I proceed to wait and they didnt open until 1:25pmI was there until 2:30 filing paperwork/waiting to be helped while I kept seeing people employed through them cone in an complaining of short checks or no checks or they where told to pick up checks and nothing VERY UNORGANIZED*This old lady Im assuming (manager) white lady I think her name was cathy or keity had an attitude but she was the one making all the mistakes then her workers had to fix it SIMPLY UNACCEPTABLE! ! I didnt want to be struggling with my check and not getting paid so I will take my resume elsewhere. Also they dont tell you theyre all minimum wage jobs LolWaste of time****VERY UNORGANIZED. My recent experience with this agency has been very frustrating. I went in and was given an assignment for barrys bakery warehouse, went for my orientation and first day. When i asked about additional breaks due to me nursing my 1 month old, I was told they cant accomodate me with additional breaks to express my milk and suggested I find somewhere else to work. I called Ameritemps and they stated they will look into it, later called and stated none of their clients can accomodate me with additonal breaks. Which is ridiculous, and I will be filing a complaint with the Wage and Hour Dept.

These people are ridiculous when you enter their building it feels like the EBT office they sent me to a Costume Warehouse off of 51st Ave and Lower Buckeye weather make Halloween makeup which is so nasty inside they only pay you $8 an hour besides that the lady at the front desk ask for my ID drivers license and never returned it back 4 months theyve held onto my ID never a phone call or send it back on maybe theres clearly an address that is valid no attempts to contact me whatsoever I feel like theyre very unprofessional and when I made it clear to ameritemp they give me an attitude about it and said it is my fault which is clearly their fault I had to purchase a new ID because I thought I lost it when it was clearly not my fault the only way I found out she had my ideas when I returned to the same warehouse and she had my clockIn badge taped to my ID I will never recommend these people to Anyone its just terrible they treat you like if youre in an illegal alien which most of the people who apply are

Ive gotten 2 jobs thru them, crafco and piper plastics, and never had a problem. They werent the best jobs but with hard work I moved up to about 15.00hr at both. I never had a problem with them not paying me and getting my w-2. When I went to pick up my check, yes they were busy answering calls and typing at the same time. They werent rude they were busy. I have bills so I dont miss work even when Im sick, I also take the bus an all day pass is $4. You might have to take multiple buses like me but you if you need a job had enough youll make it work. Im not sure if Im the only person they havent screwed over, all I can say is I never had a problem with Ameritemps. Kathy is a no bs person. Her and her staff did what I went there for and helped me get my foot in the door at 2 diffrent places now which I worked hard for, got hired in, and excelled at. Im prolly the only person here saying thank you to ameritemps because for a (staffing agency) they did their job and I knew that I would have to do the rest. Im not speaking for anybody else on here that had problems because I know no temp service is perfect but they helped me get a job and all I can say is thank you.
