Im sorry that I didnt get the name of the person I spoke to on the phone but the information I got about my ultimately dead printer was honest and helpful. This is just the kind of good local business I am happy to support.

As a business owner myself, I understand and truly appreciate dealing with someone with integrity. It seems it has become the exception instead of the rule in business today.I called Rich to purchase a replacement printer for my office and asked what he suggested for our application, but before we could go into details of what he could offer, he asked what was wrong with my current printer. After a short conversation, he advised me that the symptoms/issues I was describing was probably due not using an OEM cartridge and to invest the $50 to see if that fixed my problem opposed to buying a new unit for $1500, (used unit for $550) which I was ready to do. He was spot on with his diagnosis. The printer works like it did the day I pulled it out of the box. Thank you Rich for your advise, honesty and integrity.
