Unfortunately John Schaller has past away. A great lover of ragtime blues. A great player and restorer of pianos has left a great legacy. We will miss John and his lot and the piano business behind. More information to be posted on who will carry this great art forward.

Jim is enormously knowledgeable and was able to give us a comprehensive account of the state and potential of a beautiful older piano that a friend offered to lend us. During the process of moving it out of our friends beautiful house Jim took every precaution to prevent damage to both the piano and the house. Same with securing it in our U-Haul, using redundant strapping and padding to make absolutely sure nothing would happen during the 100-mile trip home. If you have an extra-special piano to move, Jim is the guy!
