So far I love it here staff (from nurses to the Dr.) have been good to my boy

As a first time mom having my daughter in a DOC Band is frightening. How will she react? Will it hurt? Is this the right thing to do?.....I was first referred by our Pediatrician Dr. Subhasis. On our 1st consult day, pictures were taken of her little head to evaluate her head shape (painless and so fast) we were given instructions to increase tummy time, reposition and to come back in a month (she was only 2.5 months and still needed to develope head strength.) We went in for a total of 3 consults (which were all $0 fee) at our last consult her little head had not made progress. Therefore, it was time for the DOC band. Within a week or so she was in her band! Our technician, Allen, took such great care of her. They say its the little things that make a difference and they truly do! Allen would include her in conversations, place fresh wipes on her head if she was sweating when removing the band, he also gave me the best advice! Arizona summers are tough, he recommended to keep two frozen water bottles and place them in her car seat before seating her to keep her fresh. Fair to say my little girl was one happy DOC baby.I HIGHLY recommend you bring your babies to see Allen. I was not aware of long term health issues this could cause if untreated. On 6/13/19 her band came off and we are so HAPPY with the results! Thank you so SO much Allen!

We were referred to this facility by our pediatrician so we went there. A month into having the Doc band, a family crisis came up and we had to move across country in 2 days. With that being said we called this office seeing if we could go to a different facility and transfer the information so we can continue with the band. The clinician said there is nothing they can do to assist us and told us we are on our own and they didnt offer to send records anywhere. Id advise checking a different facility, they just want your money and thats it.

I love this place. The staff is friendly. The wait times are not long. The doctors are well educated and good at explaining the function of the helmet. I really love the customer service here.

Everyone is great there and my son is having great results in just a short amount of time. Im happy we went with Cranial Technology.
