Beth really helped me achieve my CPMA certification. Many will say it was one of the most difficult test they took, but with Beths wonderful instruction, I conquered and passed. I highly recommend her school.

Due to specific requests, I made arrangements for multiple members of my staff to receive in depth CPC coding classes from Advanced Coding Services. My team who took the 20 week course included two people who had no experience with coding or billing. A separate team member had taken a previous CPC bootcamp that left her totally confused and not properly prepared to take the CPC exam. All the team members, including the team member who had previously taken the CPC bootcamp felt this 20 week class was a much better option and offered more in depth training. Each week the class addressed a study guide chapter, and included a remote online instructor training session, as well as a separate on demand session providing additional educational material. The course broke down and went in depth each week on the specific area of coding covered, allowing time for questions and clarification. That breakdown included ICD 10 coding, the separate code sections, the proper use of modifiers and coding guidelines. My team through Advanced Coding Services received a great education, was prepared for the exam and is now properly equipped to assist with a recent substantial increase of surgical based billing clients covering a variety of surgical specialty areas. Having several certifications that include a CPC and CPMA, I understand the importance of having a billing staff that is properly educated including being CPC trained and certified.

My stepdaughter took this class and saved money from her last job and asked for a loan for the rest. As an administrator at a hospital and working with insurance for 11 years, I supported her decision, but after paying we discovered instructor was highly unorganized, never returned calls on time and out of touch with changes that are relevant to todays coding and billing contracts.
