This place may not be nestled among the high rises, or even located in a reputable business complex, but it is a great place to work! I have never worked for an organization so dedicated to fostering a Team atmosphere or where the managers genuinely care about their team members. I have been here for over a year, and as I previously stated, the area may leave something to be desired, my job here making meaningful human connections keeps me coming back with a smile on my face.Turn-Key Solutions will return whatever you put in to it. Horrible company. Constantly changing hands or going out of business (previously was TKS). Just laid off the entire office without notice a week ago and still hasnt paid anyone (reported to labor board). Id give them 0 stars if I could.

Its a good place to get a job if youre straight out of prison and a felon with no other option. Its an inbound customer service call center that takes call for newspapers on east coast. There are good things and bad things The one thing I feel I have to share with people is that the place is invested with bed begs and they neglect to tell people. I was told by a supervisors(not my immediate supervisor) to not say anything. As a humanbeing feel like we need to notify eveyone. Other than that managers and supervisor are awesome and have been nothing but awesome to me. I have learned a lot from them. This is a great launch pad job. Very fun . All these people care about is making money. You will live in hell and hate yourself for working here. Number one the place is so unsanitary. I got pneumonia from this place. I called in one day and I was yelled at I went in the next day I could only last a hour and asked to go to urgent care I was talked down to in a rudely manner for asking to get medical help. Then I was told to not come back unless I had a doctors note.I didnt really mind that I understand, but they way I was treated was unacceptable. I called in the day before my shift to let them know I was going out of town. They had called me the next day in the afternoon when i was already half way to my destination to tell me i was i had to come into work to makeup hours for other team members not coming in. You will be forced to make up other peoples times to make sure the managers bonus. The people there are bums and dirty. As a women working here I felt as if I were going to be raped if I was not with a group of people. There are two 16 and 17 year old that have the power to write you up, fire you, or suspended you. That is ridiculous and I see it as not professional. You get ripped off at this place. Do not work here. You will regret it.

This job was the worse job ever. They make ur life a living hell in the work place. I use to work at the one on thunderbird and 49th ave. They use to do so many bad things and they fired me cause i was in the hospital to get my appendixs out. I will never work for this company again.
