The telemarketers for this business are rude and do not take a polite No for an answer. Our office has been called multiple times, and has politely declined their services. The gentleman on the phone proceeded to inform me that I was bad at business if I did not understand how Google works and how important it is for me to engage them to correct errors and build up my business reputation. He also stated that I do not have the ability to make those decisions for my company and that someone other than the receptionist (I personally answered the call) should be making such large decisions. I am the Owner - do not mistake the fact that I answered the phone to mean I am not important enough to tell you No! If tomorrow I opened ten new businesses and they all needed marketing assistance and this company was FREE - I would NOT use them.

BUCKAZ is a solid, professional group of people who know their craft. They do what they say they would do and they do it well. I recommend BUCKAZ to anyone who is looking for quality work.

Where to start. Their services are all outsourced, every single one of them. They stole over a quarter million from our partnership and property of my company as well. I guess if you need a good brown noser come here and see how they can screw up your company next!

Received an aggressive phone call from an uninformed salesman who proceeded to insult me as I remained skeptical as to who he and his business was. He seemed dumbfounded that just namedropping his company didnt give him instant rapport with me. He also was very nosey about how my business, indirect competition he came to realize, gets our business, and also came off as condescending when I told him we operate almost exclusively off of referrals and dont cold call like he was doing to us. Horrible first impression, very unprofessional, unorganized and disrespectful. I was shocked to find his business actually does, in fact, exist.

Working with Buck Az was the worst decision Ive made in business. Feeling comfortable after the tour we did at his printing facility we were pressed. It was only later we found out that Buck aka James Johnson is a total fraud. United, or the huge printing facility he loves to show people is ownee by another company. He just sells their services as if Buck Az was anything other than a middle man. On top of that my wife was referred to work with an individual at this company and has been harrassed for weeks over her website that they built. Apparently, they lost the few people that did digital marketing for them after not paying any of them correctly and now are looking for a solution and hiring new people. Take my word for it, dont hire the 80 year old middle man for your digital marketing, it will not turn out well for you. We have found a new company thats nailing it, wouldnt be fair to say their name here but Google is a heck of a machine if you just research and check reviews, this company didnt really seem to have any when we started with them, at least others will now have a warning.
