I was in need of a rush printing of a 24 page book in a relatively small quantity of 100, but was new to using printers in this metro area. I knew my files were good, and after contacting several places who could deliver on the deadline, this shop was the only one that gave the right answers and gave me the confidence that I would not be disappointed. And, I was relieved when I picked up the work that their production team had gone out of their way to make the project as good as it could be.

AlphaGraphics is a professional and responsive printing company. They quickly respond when we send printing projects their way. Many times they have dropped by to deliver projects to us that were time sensitive, even though we didnt ask (or pay for!) delivery. Its good to have a printing service nearby that can give fair pricing, great service, and make you feel like an important client, even when you arent doing high volume of printing.

I will start by saying, I typically get my prints done at the Camelback location. However, this location is closer, so I thought I would give them a second try. This time and my previous visit, I was completely baffled at the pricing. I understand that this is franchise, but the disparity in pricing is insane. I get the same thing printed regularly at $1.50 or so a print. Here, they are $18 a piece some how! After these 2 experiences, I will continue to drive out of my way to get my work done at the Camelback location.

There was a mix up on the due date. I was very impressed with their level of concern did my needs as the customer. They did an excellent and pulled through for me even when it meant going in over the weekend and that would have been good. But then one of the owners even took the time to deliver the product to me on Time over the weekend.In this day and age it’s rare to find someone who goes the extra mile and really tries to make the customer happy. Even when the customers are kind of grumpy and demanding. They nailed it. Good job alphagraphics team.

Great printing company. Small sized jobs are just as easy as large. We frequently have rush jobs that we need done same day and they accommodate them no problem.

I popped in today to get a couple of large format copies made. When I walked in I could tell they were very busy. When I spoke to David about getting my copies made I think he puked tell I was wanting to wait for them so he was kind enough to get them printed right away while I waited which is always appreciated.
