Terrible. Was made to wait in the waiting room then was berated by the technician, Beverly, for being “late”. I wouldn’t let these people near my dog with their unprofessional behavior and poor bedside manner. If timeliness is that important they shouldn’t chat with people about irrelevant issues and should only deal with the patients in the office waiting for appointments. Don’t blame others for poor office operating procedures. Beverly in particular needs more training, she is not fit for dealing directly with patients.

Very professional staff, and scheduling and the appointment were easy and efficient.

Impeccable service with empathic doctors and radiologists. They put my mind as ease before the appointment even began! The staff is super positive, and keeps you informed in order to help you make the best decisions going forward.

This is my 3rd or 4th time at this office and the staff is always courteous and friendly. Bev has been my technician every time and she is very professional and kind, making the patient as comfortable as possible.

I was in and out within 30 minutes. Staff was kind and considerate and they made me feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends. I had read previous reviews and was apprehensive at first, but fortunately I had a better experience. The tech Bev I believe her name was, knew what she was doing.

Called and made an appointment around 10:00 AM, requesting to be seen at an earliest available time, 2:30pm was the only opening. While making the appointment, I specifically asked if having a primary doctor was required or necessary to be seen at Solis Mammography? The receptionist stated that it wasnt necessary and that my insurance was acceptable. Upon checking in I found out that I did need a primary doctor listed on file and would not be seen after all without one. Solis Mammography wasted my entire day, I could of been seen by a location with my requested requirements. They stated they were sorry for the misunderstanding, however it was not a misunderstanding, it was a waste of time and money along with poor management.

They wanted to run tests that my doctor didnt feel they were necessary in order to actually run the test my doctor wants. Then they ask me to call my doctor to tell her to fax them an order for those tests! I called my doctors office and they said it was not necessary, to just keep my appointment for the ultrasound. So I called Solis again and they refused to do it. I told them to call my doctor then if they wanted to have those orders themselves. At that point, they said they were ok scheduling me for both of my procedures without the doctors orders. I asked multiple times, to two different people, if I could have both procedures done on my appointment and they said yes. So I was going to pay out of pocket for my first procedure because both my doctor and my insurance didnt think it was necessary, but it is my health, so I will do it.Then, on the day of my appointment, I show up just to be told they dont do that procedure on Tuesdays! Despite the fact that I asked multiple times and they said yes! I scheduled it a month in advance and they never bothered to tell me that. They said they called me, but no voicemail was left. In fact, the only voicemail from them I got was the reminder call to keep my appointment, so they had my correct number. If they are that incompetent with scheduling, I dont want to know about other things. I called my doctor again to get a referral somewhere else. I wont trust my health to people that cant even keep their scheduling right.

Place is horrible, was forced to change 8 month child in front of everyone in parking lot, was talked to crazy by front desk lady and treated like diseased because only 1 person allowed in at a time even though we are past Covid in Arizona
