I like this company. they provide good services. During pandemic the rep was on a video chat with me directing me how to fix up my hardware. Pretty professional.

Terrible Sales Practices! I called them to ask some questions about Freedom Connect Gig promotion with unlimited data and speeds up to 940 Mbps for $60/month for 36 months (BAIT BEFORE THE SWITCH). I Talked to Dale West, a sales associate with Sparklight, because I had some questions around the unlimited data claim, price, and money back guarantee... He checked my address to verify service/promotion was available in my area. He said it just became available in my area in July and so I agreed to sign up for that promotion. He pulled my credit, waived activation fee, collected $60 payment from me, and scheduled appointment for install.HERE COMES THE SWITCH AFTER THE BAIT!!!He called me back to say that the promotion wasnt available in my area and said I would need to choose a different plan...? I guess Im staying with CenturyLink
Nice environment, quick and polite services
Since the company became publice they lost site of who got them there in the 1st place. CABLEONE is the worste place to work. They dont pay enough. They dont train well at all and they dont believe in partnership. They will hang you out to dry. They are an extreme joke to the business world. Dont think you will ever have a respectable career here. If you do happen to work here, leave after a year, anywhere else will pay you more due to all the manager work youll have under your belt as a regular customer service rep making only 30,000 a year.
Victor Tan was very professional, he showed up on time and was very helpful. He provided me his contact info in case I had any issues. He also recommended the right type of modem to purchase. I would recommend Cable One Inc. based on my experience.
Bad customer service
This place is a joke all the positive reviews are from employees. These people should be ashamed of themselves.
I attended an interview, first one in a year and not my best, and it seems like a great company. Great interviewers, great facility, seems like a great employer.
$80 per month with a data cap? Ouch! I cannot wait for Fiber to get to my area. I gave an extra star for their awesome people in customer service.

I called Cable One to give them a new expire date on my debit called. I spoke to Leonard on 8/15/16. Now my account is showing past due so I called today, 9/6/16 and spoke to Jenny who helped me set up easypay (thats a laugh) with my bank account on a monthly basis. I was to set up a user account so I could make a one time payment for the past due amount which was not my fault in the first place. Cable Ones system wouldnt allow that. In trying to do this I spoke to Betty and then Gayle and finally Sam. None of which were helpful. In fact, Sam hung up on me. I will be looking into other Internet options for my home in the White Mountains of Arizona. When you try to call corporate you dont get any human beings. It is really clear that they dont want anyone to call to complain about their non-existent CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will be writing them and contacting the Federal Communications Commission about them!
Awful bad service
Seems really weird. The people who rate the service they get, i.e. the customers (who should be placing reviews on here) give this place a really poor review. The 5 star reveiws are from the employees, who shouldnt be the ones placing their reviews on here. The majority of the people who place the reviews are the employees, which put the average rating of the service they provide to actually quite high. Why are the employees putting in their reviews. Its not a place to put thats its a nice place to work, or the building is nice, etc. Really weird use of a rating system to push up the average rating. IMHO

And I just don’t know what to think 🤔 About that. It is what it is .Respect ✊

Just spent the day waiting for the cable tech to come fix my service. I called on Thursday and they said they could not come out until Tuesday. Now Tuesday is gone and I have not heard from them. When I ordered my service I was told the cost would be $35 for 5Mb of internet. Then the local shop calls me up and says that it will be $50+ for 5Mb and they are the only provider in town so take it or leave it. If I had another option I would run to it. I have sent in email complaints and called about the speed not reaching 2Mb on a very regular basis. They cant give me the 5Mb I pay for and the only response I get from their customer service is to call someone else. If you have another option I would take it.

Worst cable/internet service everrrr!!! We are paying for the highest wireless internet/cable bundle and our wifi NEVER works so they told us the only thing we can do is connect our devices with Ethernet cord!!!!!! Which completely defeats the purpose of wireless internet! The cable is soooo ridiculous they have barley any Chanels and the TV guide only shows what is currently playing. Cant wait to switch!

Cableone service is horrible I have tv and my home phone services thru them the tv is ok but the phone sevice sucks constantly droping calls you can talk for maybe 10 min then your phone disconnects my mother has her phone thru cableone hers does the same thing

Have had service in Prescott for several years in my second home, and it never fails that I have at least one of the services fail whenever I am at the house, I have internet, phone and TV cable and coordinating service is next to impossible, worst service you can imagine smoke signals and dial up would be more reliable.
This building is aight, it kept me warm and it keeps me cool. 5/5
