I went to get fingerprint and to do a drug test. This man named JACK if not mistaking. I didnt like how he works. When it was time to do my drug test he give me a nasty dirty cup to pee in. And when I told him the cup was dirty he got so angery. And top of that he forgot to give me my passport. I hate the fact that I have to go back and get my passport. I live to far up north to be driving around on this heat.🌞

I came into to office last week and the lady there was so mean all I did was ask was how do I go about getting fingerprints I googled here and I would like to get them done... And she got nasty and was likeit say on site that you have to make a appointment and Im like it didnt say that...and she got more nasty with other people in the room... I would never come back again

Had my fingerprints done by another company and they were rejected. I got my card so they did a great job.

Whoever the woman answering the phones is needs to be evaluated. Glad to hear im not the only one who had a terrible experience with her. She was rude, short, unhelpful, and told me she would call me back and never did. Asking what the name of the fingerprinting form used by you guys is not a crazy question, its a very reasonable request, and the fact that she had to be rude and more or less hang up on me because I asked should be a red flag.
