Been going since I was 15 Im now 25 and they can never keep a counselor and the west valley the worst out of all

Called to schedule an apt, I’ve really needed this and finally reached out. They told me they can’t help me and they’re not scheduling anyone else. How is this place even in business when they closed their schedule because they have no one available anymore. That makes no sense to me.She didn’t even say anything or suggest somewhere else knowing I called because I am depressed, instead she hung up...

Cancelled my appointment without any communication. I received an email confirmation, and a text the night before my appointment confirming & reminding me of the time of the appointment. I waited by my phone for 20 minutes before calling the office and was told that I had cancelled my appointment 3 days ago. I had no communication with the office after confirming the appointment.

Highly DONT recommend wasting your time here. It took me so much strength to seek help only to be led on for two months. I went in to an initial appointment that seemed promising but it only led to waiting two whole months for a therapist to reach out to me (they said once I was paired with one they would call me but no one ever did). I called them once or twice a week to schedule an appointment with a therapist only to be super disappointed. If you are seeking help in a timely matter please go to another office. If they really cared about their patients they wouldnt be leaving them unanswered or ignored. Again, dont waste your time here.

Management is terrible. Underpaying is very common. Always losing GREAT staff member due to poor management.

After reading these horrible reviews I was a little scared to go there. I’m so glad I didn’t listen to the reviews because everyone was so sweet. My Specialist I saw was Daniel H. he was very nice and listened to everything I had to say. I highly recommend this place!!!

Such a joke. Including the main girl who’s in charge of appointments and prescriptions.

1st thing is 1st everyones mental health is very important, so with that said finding a good therapist and or physiatrist / med management for your family, children or self is also important . Unfortunately this agency has got some of the worst therapist Ive ever seen. I tried to use the for many different situations and family members only to each time feel as if it were a waste of time . The only reason I keep trying is because insurance and living in Goodyear has limited my options. Its really sad because it takes a lot of courage for people to ax for help I am when they do to get erroribus who seem that they could care less about your situation and theyre just there to get paid makes it even worse and can turn people off from seeking out help. I would never tell anyone to give up because honestly youre having issues and need help is better you get help from a horrible organization than not to get help at all but I just wanna be honest and saying that JFCS is a horrible agency.

I take care of my kids and mom and my oldest has health problems and my mom has a bunch of issues to I hardly have time for me I tried to seek help and just because I missed apts due to mom or kids or an emergency I tried to get thi gas good and settled and when I did I called for another apt and they denied me help

I would give no stars for a facility that says we dont have to help you. They call it poor customer service no its poor client care its your job to make sure your patients live productive successful lives. They sleep well, minimimal side effects. Clients lose their hair, twitch, their jae smacks, they gain weight, they lose their labifo so we can be aske by P.A. like Daniel Holter why are you telling my because somebody is trying to blame my illness so is it their actions or my illness?. Your job to listen if you dont want to perhaps your in the wrong line of work buddy. Dont end your life because Jcfs employs people who insensitive uncaring and actions are deplorable you have rights its discriminatory and they confuse bipolar, depression, anxiety with stupidity. One life lost to mental illness is too much. Find your voice dont use it in there thats why they have srcurity to abuse their power and hospitalize you. Dont end treatment their are doctors who dont start their day at 11:00 and care find one.

I dont want the cops at my door so all Im going to say is stay away from this place and keep other peoples kids away from there too. Lets just say I dont agree with their beliefs and values.

My brother is SMI (or in the process of it) and they absolutely do not work with me for calling on his behalf. I couldnt even schedule an appointment for him (although I have done so at tons of other places) but they require my SMI brother to call. When appointments are made, at least a month out btw, they cancelled on us twice when we arrived, and a third time they wanted to say they were too busy to take us. Eventually he finally got some meds, which had a bad reaction, and I couldnt get a hold of them to talk to the doctor, because once again, I need my brother who is going thru psychosis, to call in to just make an appointment?? ... HIPAA doesnt pertain to scheduling a simple appointment. Terrible place, terrible service.. I dont complain much, but when someone needs help, a good person, or clinic would be willing to help!

By far the absolute worst place Ive ever been. The front staff is lazy, doesnt want to acknowledge you waiting at the window all the while while there sitting there eating extremely unprofessional.Open till 7 is a lie. U call there latest is 2pm or 3 always.Upon ur fordt evaluation. They tell you you need to see another dr for your current meds you have been taking. Once you get to to see the dr after leaving work early to make the appointment. You sit in their office. They then tell you. We cant prescribe your medication here for you. Why the hell did you not tell me this before instead of wasting my time. The lady Gail I saw seemed very Useless. Very i knowledgeable about meds. And kept saying our policy changed and we cant subscribe the meds anymore. Well thanks. You had the list of meds I was trying to get approved for. But yet you made me make and apponintment. Leave work early. Drive there and decide to tell me this.Extremely I professional place. Look at all the bad reviews. Do no goto this place. Its a joke

The front staff is incompetent waited over an hour after checking in to find out they didnt actually put me in the system as checked in

For people that need services this is a good place but for me I really can do everything but be there and live a much happier life Im there at doctors request even though I shouldnt be its more of a protocol for their benefit than mine but if you need Services go for it Im just not really a fan of forced services

Very good staff, in five years with them they only rescheduled my appointments on two occasions. This had to do with changes in staff.

JFCS has always been helpful to my son who struggles on a daily basis.

Jon was very attentive and explained the process well.

Dont say ANYTHING!!!!!! OR COPS WILL BE KNOCKING ON DOOR FOR SOMETHING STUPID

Wait time are ridiculous half the time and the front office staff is never friendly.

States open M-Thurs until 7pm - this is incorrect.
