As a owner of an assisted living home I have used express healthcare as a temp agency to fill in for caregivers and CNA’s. On a regular basis their temps either show up over an hour late or not at all. They were supposed to fill Monday Tuesday and Wednesday...it was scheduled a week prior. Monday comes around and no one shows. I called and ask if they’re going to show the on Tuesday or Wednesday and they tell me they’re not sure. I called and spoke with the owner Julie Tate because I’m frustrated their company is failing to provide the services requested and they quit. After they failed to live up to their obligations, instead of fulfilling they’re obligations, they quit. This is not a professional company and as a business owner I would encourage you to avoid at all costs.
