Stopped by to see the shop and couldnt be happier shop manager gave me little tour shop and was super friendly and got myself a tshirt.

I spent $6,000 in parts from dirty bird concepts and everything fit horrible. I had to do so much fabrication to try and save parts it crazy. Side covers didn’t fit, exhaust didn’t fit, tank didn’t fit, neck cover didn’t fit, seat pan was warped and uneven, bag liners were a joke. Everything about this company is a joke. I’m still wrapping my head around how they get away with selling junk like this. We reached out and they told my builder make it work. I think it’s funny to see people give 5 stars because there shop looks nice lol. There parts are horrible.

Tobias was super helpful, bought the loud lids with the euphoria speakers and amp. Gave me a referral on the stereo shop to install. Great product. Will be back.

Horrible service. Horrible fitment. After 3 months the fairing broke at the bracket. Initially I had one star but it seems things have transitioned in the office. Had great response to fixing the problems I had and a new part was quickly sent to me. Communication was also quick. We all mess up but it goes a long way to fix them. 4 stars!!!!

Website says open till 5:00. Road 90 minutes because I wanted to see a few parts in person. Arrived at 4:00 and the shop is closed .I wont be back and will take my business elsewhere .Addition after your reply: I think its great that you allowed your employees time off for the holidays. But you should also let your customers know of the change either on your website or at least on your voicemail. But then again after talking to others around town you are not known for your customer service. So glad you were closed so I didnt waste any money on you.

I ordered an exhaust about a month ago, not only did it take two weeks to ship, when I got it and finally installed it on my bike after about 100 miles of riding, the finish was scratched and scuffed in multiple places. After talking to multiple employees respectfully about the issues I was having they said theres nothing they can do because that exhaust system is for looks not for daily use. I absolutely will not be doing business with them in the future and I would recommend the same for everyone else if they want a quality product and good customer service.

From the guy on the phone to the parts at my door. It was all around a great experience. These guys do a job that is unmatched by any other builders in the world,, from the attitude from John Shope to the quality of the parts,, they have met any expectations I had in mind, and went above and beyond anything thing I ever wanted.. Horrible customer service and liars. I ordered a pipe over the phone. After waiting almost two weeks, I called and was assured it would be shipped the next day. Another week later, I was assured it would be mailed the next day. When that last day passed and it was not shipped, I again called to find out what the hold up was and if the pipe was ever going to get shipped. They returned my call and refunded my money. The pipe still wasnt ready. Never again.

Im not really sure why all these people are complaining of bad customer service or the fact of custom parts taking to long to be built. Anyways Dirty Bird has some of the greatest customer service and made me feel that my order for my exhaust was important and answered all my minor frustrations. Jeff Abbott was the gentleman that helped me on the phone and he handled it all. Thank You so much Dirty Bird Im so excited for my exhaust!

I recently traded my 2014 Indian Chieftain in for the 2016 model. I added the Dirty Bird Peace Pipe. That is a Bad Ass pipe! Great sound, looks awesome, and definitely helps generate the looks.

Ordered an exhaust for a 2017 touring. Did not fit, not even close, called, sent them pictures. Johns response was to force the pipe and bend it around the jugs. I paid $1300 I expect the thing to bolt right on. I tried to return it, they dont except returns. This company sucks, their fitmit sucks, their craftsmanship sucks, John sucks. Buy somewhere else, dont waste your time.

Purchased a pipe for a 2017 Road Glide Special M8, I first called them asking them if they had the up yours exhaust in stock in black and they said they did. ( I did some research before and saw other people write bad reviews on this) I then waited 2 1/2 weeks for the exhaust and nothing came in. I Finally got in touch with Rob and the only this he said is Im sorry but it hasnt shipped out yet It will soon, I then told him if you do not ship out by the weekend I will return items. They have good quality products but terrible customer service. I wish to buy more parts from them but I think Im going somewhere else.

Would love to take a walk with Shoppe out in the desert. Attitude adjustment and a little man talk might straighten him out. They Fd me over twice now. Just no excuses for lazy and incompetent employees and an owner that backs them up since nobody else will work for him. Avoid. Just do mail order if possible. Not worth visiting. They chased away people I know.............I was warned.........but decided to go ahead anyways. My fault. Should have known
