Tom drew up some plans for permitting purposes, for a small garage hobby shop in our 3rd garage stall. As part of the permit set, I had to have As-built drawings for our home. Tom also prepared the as-built drawings after I gave him the dimensions of all the rooms in our home. Very satisfied. I would highly recommend him for these types of projects and others.

I was in the midst of a project and contractor gone bad, permits and drawings were not provided or approved nor was the work inspected.I found Thomas at Home Design and Drafting had a brief conversation. Thomas was at my home the next day. We reviewed the work scope issues and layout.
