Holy Harassment, Batman. I dont know how these people even got my contact information but theyve been bombing my voicemail for a week straight offering to straighten out my credit (which is rated Excellent, thank you very much). I even sent an email asking them to stop. No change. If you need to try so hard to get new clients, whats that say about your existing customer base?

I thought for sure they were wanting to help me fix my credit. I was told the average time to fix your credit was 3 months. They absolutely LIED!8 months later at $108 a month, not much was accomplished. I kept getting alerts stating they sent a letter on my behalf. With the money I paid? I could have just paid them little bills myself. Those were the only ones they were able to take off of my credit.This company is dishonest and I wouldn’t EVER RECOMMEND THEM.Find a more honest company.God Bless

I rarely write on-line reviews but figured Id do it this time. Ive been using Lexington Law to help keep my credit in the best shape possible for an upcoming house refi for the last 3 years (2019 - today / 2021) and they have been fantastic. They take care of everything for me, they watch my credit like a hawk then spring into action the moment something is wrong as well as alerting me to all positive alerts. Given a higher credit score will save me hundreds of thousands of dollars via a lower interest rate during the course of a 30 year home loan, its well, well worth it. Highly recommend Im still with them and will likely stay with them even after weve refinanced.

So this apparent law frim is a joke. When you first call to set everything up you speak to someone that speaks English. You assume that they are going to help with credit repair, That is not the case it is nothing but harassments of who you are and they just take your 130.00 a month and apparently just send letters. I can do that!!!!This is a SCAM DO NOT set up unless you want to pay 130 a month for nothing. Horrible customer service no one speaks English and they have horrible accents and everything gets lost in translation.

Not worth your money to be honest. All the removals that they claimed they did was done by my own efforts. Take your time to educate yourself and get your credit fixed yourself. Its much faster and get more accomplished yourself. They offered no guidance during the process. They work on only a few things at a time and if you want them to work on more they will charge you more money of course. The only reason why i didnt give them a one star was because of the App it allowed me to see what they were working on. They told me they could get my credit cleared up in 3 to 6 months. Im on month 6 and like i said only things that got removed were the ones i had to do additional work on.

Absolute thieves operating under the guise of a law firm!!!If I could give them negative stars, I would!- The Lawyer I signed up with lied about the $129.95 being a one-time fee, it was a recurring Monthly fee, and I finally got rid of them, only to be informed I would be charged a $90.00 fee to cancel. I set the payment up for a specific date, which they pulled out early, and then, the following month, they charged me another $130.00!- Refused to refund the latest 129.95- They signed my Elderly and terminally ill mother up without her consent.- The Supervisor called me a liar and was totally unprofessional.I am in the process of changing all of my bank information so they cannot steal any more money from me.Save your time and your finances, do NOT use or trust this company!

May 18 I signed up, was told a charge of $14.99 for initiating the case. That by June 1st is get charged $51 for the “work fee” of the case. June 1st the case has zero feedback, or no progress. Evening of June 1st they charged me $109.95. I try calling the extension provided (ext 31436) and nothing is resolved. Now the employee on the phone says that “work fee” isn’t $51, that that’s never an amount they charged for a work fee. That it’s always $109.95. So the sales falsified the amounts that would be charged. They have me on hold for several times, they wanted to return only $55 and follow through with the case. I’m still on hold and fighting for my money back. Liars and thieves

This company is stealing people money left and right. They are always being sued. Lost the last law suit. Genreal messages are sent out on clients behalf. Promos do not be added on.The enrollment department sell you lies and dont tell the truth. Agents hang up on you. TLs do not call clients back. The clients portal is updated with old info based off your credit.Overall this company is trash along with its workers. Every Last one of them.

Horrible service. Aside from them getting zero done and everything that was accomplished to fix my credit was done by me, when I tried to cancel they would not let me off of the phone. The lady kept talking in circles and making excuses. Foreign calling center as well. Hadn’t the slightest clue what she was talking about. When I told her that I wanted to cancel anyways, she tells me that they still need to charge me for the previous month. If I’ve been paying you in advance this entire time, how do you need the previous month? Do not waste your time or money on these scammers.

My son googled Equifax, got this number and thought he was speaking to Equifax. This company is a scam. High pressure complete scam. Beware.

Horrible ! A person called me from this company saying they’re going to help me and when I said I needed time to think about it, she got upset and started saying I will never get my credit fixed and that she already has my money. She then hung up and every time I called back to be removed completely, they kept transferring me from person to person and eventually hung up. Do not recommend, there are way better options out there for help.

Horrible service, lying consultants. Told me they can get hard inquiries removed through services. They give you generic letters to credit bureaus and creditors that you can find on google. They told me these letters always work, and that they havent ever seen push back on them. Guess what, I got 7 rejections from them and not one inquiry was removed. When I came to cancel, they told me they can help by providing the same generic letters, and no matter how much I told them I want to cancel, they kept wasting my time and not reading my concerns.Big waste of money and dishonest business.

I was told that the issues I had on my credit would be an easy fix from my initial call. I have come to find out that that is not the case and one of the issues is virtually impossible to remove. I wish I was told that info on the consultation but I was lied to paid the fee and received no results.

I’ve been tricked by the person who signed me and my wife up, initially there were no options for price packages when we signed up he only gave us the highest. Which wouldn’t be an issue had he not lied about my wife’s account being included with mine. Now finding out after I thought I was being double billed, it’s only the first month that’s included and that is not how it was described to me. I’ve had good experiences with these guys but I can’t stand for this.

If I can give 0 stars it would go to LexingtonLaw they just take your money and keep sending the same old letters month after month with no removals. Guys don’t use this company they are rude and will hang up on you when you try and cancel your subscription. Charge late fees on your due date. I paid $130 to have work done on all three Bureau but never did. And they took credit for a removal that I did on my own right before I hired these clowns complete waste of money I should have read the reviews before signing up run run run!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They act like they will do much more then they actually will do for you when trying to sell their plans to you, I had their service for 3 months and couldn’t Be more disappointed with the service provided over those 3 months I never received one call from and only 1 email, 1 and when I called them and to ask why and figure it out they just “oh that’s not right I’m sorry about that” and then proceeded to try and upgrade my plan even further to get yet even more money out of me, DONT WASTER YOUR MONEY WITH THEM

I call and call to try and get taken off and get my refund, but they are going to hang up on you every time and they will not assist with what you have concerns about. The contact is hard to a hold of anyone, but they are able to call and call your phone line till they get an answer from you also. NOT A GOOD TEAM!! I WISH I CAN GIVE NO STARS!!! Called today to ask about previous things Lexington was doing to see if I should keep them or not. My credit was shot and they did a good job t start but it hit a point of they could not help and submitted the same request over and over again but that is it. It worked with your credit shot but once its above that 650, I am not sure what the pont is. Good initial sevie.3 starts instead of 4 because the lady I talked with did not even try to keep me as a customer and she sounded rude, but was efficient .Called today at 1pm Arizona time 11/25 to cancel my account. I read some reviews that they were still charging. So hopefully they dont do that with a review in there system stating I called.

Lexington law is a scam.. was with them for 6 months paying the 100s. on and off the phone with them asking for an overview of my account, curious of what they were doing to help me and every month was the same.. absolutely nothing. i went to cancel with them on month 4 and decided to give them benefit of the doubt one more time when they said they will discount my monthly bill from 109 to 50 dollars and adjust my program to their premium. confirmation emails and all, got my next bill and was charged 129.99. i proceeded to call them and ask whats going on and they told me none of that was true. again i have the emails. so shame on me for giving you another chance. canceled asap.HIGHLY recommend finding a different company that will actually be beneficial to you

I have been receiving very pushy phone calls from this company. I have not done business with them and never reached out for their help. I find this very unprofessional and see it as a big red flag. Companies that Ive dealt with in that past that conveyed business in this manner were scammers to say the least.

Before I came to Lexington law I had poor credit my credit rating in the mid-500s. I wanted to buy a house and a brand new car and in 6 months I was able to buy me a brand new 2017 Nissan Rogue at this very moment in time I am looking for a house, and will have no problem getting one financed. I am now able to reach my goals I set when I first came to them. I wanted thank the hard working lawyers and paralegals for all the letters and disputes on my behalf. It made a big difference.

Lexington Law helped me repair my credit, something that I tried to personally deal with to no avail! They helped me fix an old student loan (default) and in turn went back to school to earn a Associates in Health Sciences and a Bachelors in Healthcare Administration. Lexington Law was a great, productive start towards fixing my credit. After three months of their aggressive service, my score jumped 60 points. Their customer service is great, but there are times where you could be on hold 20-30 minutes waiting to speak to someone. Also, I wished they offered services beyond just robo-preparing documents to dispute credit discrepancies. If they could expand into the settling of debt also, I would’ve stayed a lot longer. Other than that, they are great!

I had used Lexington Law in the past with great results and that is why I chose them again to clear up my credit report, which they did in a very short time with great results!! I will use them again if necessary!!I have referred them to others and will continue to do so!!!

I used Lexington law firm for 6 and 1/2 months and got 0 negative items removed off my credit report. Not a single one. This company is incredibly difficult to deal with. They move soooo slow. Its the way the company is set up. They have all these extra steps to prolong the process of getting these negative items removed off your credit because of course it doesnt benifit them to have fast removals since they can just take another monthly payment out of your account. On top of all that you can hardly reach anybody on the phone. Multiple times Ive called trying to get some updates on my account and ended up waiting 40 or 45 minutes to speak to someone. And a few times after waiting that long there phone disconnected. Can you imagine the frustration. I would look elsewhere if you are looking to improve your credit score. This company isnt the one thats going to save your credit your just going to fatten there wallet and be left with the same credit score from when you started.

I am happy to say that in a few short months Lexington Law has been able to remove a large portion of negative items from my report had made a positive impact on my scores!

Every day, 3-4 Robocalls and I cant get them to stop. Reporting them to FTC for every call, but none of the phone room operators (paralegals) nor their managers seem to care. EDIT: 5 days later, still getting the RoboCalls, still filing FTC Complaints, Google reviews and BBB Reports. Maybe one day they will get serious about their reputation, but as they are using a RoboCaller it is apparent they really dont care.

Got a credit check from these crooks and then they started just taking money out of my account and never provided me with any information about it, dont trust these crooks

As you can see from the date not even 10 days old and they wont even honor the discount... Not very help full at all and a wasted 15 bucks to talk to any one else severely mad and will be reporting to who ever else I can dont go trough them all they care about is collecting your monthly payments

TOTAL SCAM!!! The tell you they can get anything deleted and the letters they wrote on my behalf caused my score to drop 60 points after I worked so hard and took my score from 523 to 720 in an eight months period and this morning it dropped down 59 points....SAVE YOUR MONEY...broken promises and lies...SCAM!!!!! Research how to write the letters yourself then having this company write them.

Helped me alot, they removed almost all the negative ones, except 2 lates on a auto loan that Arizona Central Credit Union wouldnt let go from 5 & 6 years ago..so it was worth letting the professionals do it, Ive .been recomending them already, I am able to purchase a house now, wouldnt of happened without their help.

Very nasty and rude when sign up they put you in the wrong plan. Then they charge your account whatever they want and say they don’t see the charges because they are pending transactions. I don’t respect anyone that works for this company.
