Im very pleased with Trapp Service. We do have an IT Team within our org but they direct us to Trapp and Trapp guys always resolve my issues even if sometimes it takes them few times to get back and try a different approach (as sometimes they are limited by resources our home IT owns and doesnt provide to them on time). They are responsive, polite, helpful, kind, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and do excellent job

Trapp hosts our accounting and purchasing software, and has strong, reliable service. In addition, they have helped with our recent software upgrades and did an excellent job with trouble shooting when we had an issue with our last upgrade (issue was not Trapp related), getting us up and on the update same day without any significant lost time. Our account rep Adam is also very timely. Finally, adding and deleting user accounts via the on-line portal is simple and allows us to be flexible with our account as we scale up or down our operations team.
Using Trapp to host our QuickBooks was the best decision we ever made. The transition from QB Online to the hosted version was smooth and without any significant issues. The support team was knowledgeable and very nice. Ongoing support has been easy and quick to access. They are a great company to work with.

Have a website hosted through them (Hostable.com) and its been a terrible experience. My website/account keeps getting deactivated for some unknown reason. When I contact support they are able to turn it back on but can never tell me why my issue keeps happening. And then the next day my website gets deactivated AGAIN. Its been happening for over a month.They overcharge me and they dont keep records of my payment (seems like a scam to charge more money). I pay for a month service and only get 2 weeks out of that month. Im outraged because they think they can stop me from complaining by activating my website again but never answer my questions, never follow up, and avoid my questions regarding what the underlying issues and refunds.
I moved my companys hosting to Trapp after having dropping issues with our previous company. There were a few bumps in the beginning but the team was very helpful and willing to get everything figured out and working for us. Chris Swanson and the support team have been great with any concerns that I have had. We have a couple more kinks to work out; however, I am confident that they will be taken care of.

Unfortunately I have to write this review. I used Trapp Technology to host QuickBooks but for the last year I have seen the response time diminish to an unacceptable level. Every time I call, I get a different answer on why this is happening. I have even escalated it Tier 2. Very short term fix and back to the same issue.
Trapp makes using QB easy on my mac. Never have operation issues hindering usage. Their tremendous customer service sets them apart!
Customer service is top notch, even on weekends. I can always talk to someone and get the issue resolved. Security is key. I feel my data is secure with them.

I have been using Trapp Technology for over a year now. They came highly recommended from another company I work with. They have excellent customer service for any issue or question you may have. I have never called in & gotten put on hold. The system seems to work flawlessly & if there is an issue, they will help you fix it immediately.
I use the Trapp Technologies as a secure connection to a cloud software we utilize in our business. The connectivity is secure and reliable. I do find it slow to connect at first. Its usually best to let it take a couple of minutes to complete all of the background connections before moving forward to my program. We had a few issues with the initial setup for everyone who needed access, but it was corrected with contact with Trapps technical support.
I switched to Trapp last summer when I opened a new office. The setup of my software programs and data went fairly well, with just a few mapping mishaps. Since then, I have found the Chat support is lacking. The support reps either seem either untrained, inexperienced or unqualified. One couldnt even find my account as a customer. Sometimes it takes a long time for them to solve my issue or they cant solve it. My last support chat was to finally set up Outlook, and the first rep remoted into my computer, rushed through the setup and messed it up. When I tried to chat again to fix it, the other rep said they dont support it and couldnt figure out the problem. I googled the issue and found the problem in less than a minute. I will have to get an outside IT guy to come and fix it now. I like the remote server, but I wish that they had better support.

Using Trapp to create a cloud-based desktop has been a total game-changer for our company! Now we can work from any computer, anywhere seamlessly. This really came in handy when we had to evacuate for a hurricane. We were able to continue to serve our clients from afar, so they didnt have to worry about their books while they were taking care of their own families.
Trapp Technology isnt perfect. Thats not news, no tech shop ever is. Whats stood out to me as weve worked through some issues is just how damned persistent these people are in fixing things. You CAN get them on the phone. They DO return emails and follow up on things. Not once have they avoided my calls or failed to spend the required time to resolve an issue. Thats impressive. Weve just about got everything ironed out. If you want to be lost in the crowd, go to AWS. Theyre much to busy to accept in-bound phone calls. But, if you want a partner. Try Trapp Tech.

Trapp is very helpful and that now you can go online for help. Only issue is that you dont receive a transcript of your conversation. That needs to be updated. And you should be able to attach documents and screen shot.
Trapp is utterly transparent. You logon. It works. On those rare occasions something is askew they’re there, easy to get to and expedient. As for functionality and security, the ease of work flow is as good as the security across all devices and platforms we use. Well done.

I use their cloud service. Ive worked with others. We have had one outage in the nearly 3 years i have been working with them. (several more from other providers i work with). They are quick with any service request, very professional and always courteous. My experience is limited to their cloud service but I am very satisfied with their services. Weve used Trapponline for our cloud services for about 5 years now and are very happy with their service and would recommend them. Their tech support is easy to contact especially since they have increased the number of techs manning the phones. They are always pleasant and can always fix the problem with one phone call. There was only one time weve ever experienced an extended period where the server was down and that was due to a very rare cyber attack which they were right on top of, let us know what was happening, and were able to give us clean data because they always perform backups every day. They fortified their firewalls after this happened and I dont expect that will ever happen again.
Awesome support!!! I have been with Trapp Technology for many years now and have trusted them with my cloud server needs. The service has been very dependable with almost no problems at all. If I had any problems, they were related to the software that I had installed, not access or hardware issues. Whenever I needed help to install/repair software, their technical support was always there - all the time and anytime. I once had an issue with a software that was installed on my server that I needed to use at the end of the year. I called their support around 11:00 pm on December 31st. I was able to to work with someone who stayed on the line with me and got my problem fixed. Try calling your IT guy on New Years Eve. Never have to worry with Trapp.

Dont Waste Your Money with these people. I finally wrote the CEO to complain. He responded with incorrect information about my account. Told me I should have been charged a one time $2,000 fee. I paid for service that was never rolled out. VPN. When it came to my Microsoft Office Install, they appeared to Google answers while on the phone. I submitted three support tickets and never got a response. This company totally wasted my time and money.

I contacted Trapp Technology a couple of years ago because the nonprofit I work for had accounting software installed on a laptop that was backed up daily to a flash drive. I was scared to death when the laptop started having issues and I was looking for a solution to the problem of a single point of failure causing the loss of our financial records. I contacted several companies, of the five I contacted, Trapp was the only one that actually had a representative reach out to me by phone. I spoke at length with Noah, explained our situation and he had the perfect solution in place at a price our small nonprofit can afford. Our plan works perfectly. I was even able to process payroll from home during Hurricane Harvey, so our employees were not stuck without a paycheck. Our accountant and board treasurer do not have to be at our location to take care of their duties. 24/7 Customer service is beyond helpful and based in the US. And most of all, we have peace of mind, knowing our data is safe and secure. I cannot say enough good about Trapp. In fact, I even switched our phone system to Dotvox, which is the voip portion of the company.

Work in the IT field for an accounting firm. There were only a handful of instances where I had to reach out to Trapp to resolve an issue, whether by phone or live chat I never had to wait long (customer service is undervalued these days). Always had some struggles when MSFT updates were loaded overnight but quickly resolved.
