Infinity has been an excellent one stop shop for our IT and phone needs... phones are vital to our agencies operations and the 3CX module has been the best solution we could find; great product with tons of features that you can continually add as you scale your business, great support when needed, and the mobileapp tops it all off so you can essentially work from anywhere. The expense was also better than other providers such as Verizon or other VOIP companies that had much higher prices for way less options. Lastly the team at Infinity is top notch: they are knowledgeable straight shooters that explain everything well and supported us every step of the way, even getting our internet provider to step up their game with updating the cable lines to our office! I would highly recommend Infinity’s service, products and team to any business looking for the best data tel and/or IT solutions available in today’s market.
