Leo was wonderful. He called me as I landed and gave me instruction on what to do once I was off the place and collected my luggage.Instructions were clear and precise telling me which door to walk out and where to stand.I called him when I was ready to walk out to the curb and he asked me to tell him how to be identified (colour of outfit)and he pulled up his car for me within minutes.I was impressed with Leo’s excellent service and good conversation.

We rented a large shuttle bus from AZ Limo for our wedding on 4.3.21. The bus had to pick up and drop off the wedding party and guests to and from Happy Valley and Anthem. Everyone of our guests in that shuttle had a great time both on the way there and on the way back. Each driver was on time, helpful and accommodating. The bus was clean, comfortable, and we felt safe for the 15/20 minute drive their and back. Cannot recommend AZ Limo enough for any of your shuttling needs.

I rented 2 limos from AZ Limo about a month ago on 4/10/21, meant to do the review earlier but better late then never right? lol. First, it wouldve been 5 stars but when initially trying to book limos, it was an adventure, I was told Id get a call to book but never did so communication could be a little better. That said after I booked myself online as AZ Limo was the best option, it was easy, Limos were early, and even got an upgrade on one for free since the limo finished another job early. So that made up for the previous issue. Limos were clean, the drivers were great and courteous the whole time. Fantastic experience. AZ Limo will be my go to place for sure for future limo rentals!

Our driver Ron was the consummate professional. He arrived at least 20 minutes prior to when we needed him. He communicated with me every step of the way. He had brought up what we’d need at our destination (a slight oversight on our part). Thanks to him we were able to get that situation resolved. We allocated 40 minutes drive time for a 25 minute ride. He suggested we take the scenic route so our out of state visitors could see some nicer areas on the way to our destination. We arrived right perfectly on time at our destination. The return trip was equally as wonderful. The vehicle was clean, plush, and very nice inside. I would highly recommend AZ LIMO and our driver RON. He was top notch.

It’s not everyday the Phoenix Suns successfully make it to #2 in our conference and enter the playoffs. I’ve been watching the games on tv and decided I wanted to witness this incredible moment in person. Traffic and parking at those events are a nightmare, especially when the Diamondbacks are playing at the same time. I reached out to AZLIMO for a car and driver. It’s safe, cost effective and the driver was punctual, professional and courteous. Grateful AZLIMO took the hassle of the traffic out of the evening for me! Great evening and for a major sporting event like this when both of our venues are being used simultaneously I’d definitely book a reservation with AZLIMO again. The only downside is that the venues don’t provide designated drop off/pick up spots. Just talk to your driver ahead of time and he can show you where he’ll be able to meet you. We called Az Limo when we decided to go out for Dinner and Ice Cream with our kids and their friends tonight. With very little notice, they answered my call, checked availability and called me right back. They were able to get a Limo for the 10 of us within 2 hours notice, which I think they had to pull together quickly due to the short notice. We didnt even get a call back from others i reached out to.The driver Gabe was awesome, helpful and attentive to us. The car was clean, in good shape and prepared Ive definitely kept number their number saved in my phone for future accomodations. We will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Wow, what a great company! Not only was it affordable, but the customer service was excellent. I got a reminder the day before and couple hours before the scheduled time. The drive was on time and easy to communicate with. I’ll definitely use them again!!

The customer service began yelling at me on the phone while I was attempting to book. Tried to explain to the man on the phone, after giving him the pick up location that the drop off location would be the same. He then asked what would be the drop off location, in which I replied it would be the same as the pick location I gave him. This is when he started yelling at me, asking what was the drop off location. I let him know it was the same address as the pick up. I was confused, because I repeated the location to home twice already. It’s like he wasn’t listening to anything I said. The conversation was very hostile from the first hello. I wish I could say I made it through with the booking process, but I had to hang up. The way I was being talked to was unacceptable.

Good Morning. My service was not as expected the bus was dirty with other ppl stuff!! I literally had to wash down with Clorox wipes the whole bus & sprayed Lysol disinfectant spray!! Then clean the bar cause ppl left all there garbage in it & dirty masks!!! I requested balloons & Champagne on the bus that didn’t happen my driver said he new nothing of it, but to just pick us up & take us to our Destination!! Then it took us 45 minutes to get the music going, the driver couldn’t even work it! After all that My Driver was nice an on time, I still tipped him. I will use there service again cause I liked the bus & so did the kids cause they had they own section up front!! THANKS AZLIMO FOR YOUR SERVICE JUST HOPE IT IS BETTER NEXT TIME!!!

We also discovered that the cost was basically equivalent to all other options currently available, but we were in a limo!!! (Usual ride share options affected by Covid). Would definitely recommend.
