My grandfather died of COVID and he had a medical bill for labs at the time of his death. It was $866.00 we settled it when he died and paid it in full. This place somehow got the records and calls us 20 plus times a day. FOR A DEBT THATS BEEN PAID. My grandmother now has COVID and is expected to die, and they constantly call her phone as well. She doesn’t know what’s going on, we have her phone because she’s intubated. This place is disgusting, they are a predatory company please be careful.
They should probably attempt to employ competent individuals if theyre trying to get anything out of me. Their reps sound so miserable and angry, and refuse to be even remotely courteous so in turn I have no interest in even working with them. Its medical. Sue me for $50 you insufferable clowns😂👍
I’m 94 years old I don’t know who these folks are but they say I owe them 2800.00 from a debt that was from 2010. I have no idea what debt that could be. Can anyone help me figure this out? They want a blank cashiers check overnighted to them.

This company continues to call me about a bill that is over a year old that was paid off directly to the medical clinic over 6 months ago. They have been told this repeatedly and they continue to call. What a bunch of incompetent bullies!!!!!!!
I can only provide negative feedback because they didn’t accomplish what they were hired to do... recover a perceived debt. Did not have the professionalism or even basic courtesy to communicate with me. Now I have to hire an attorney to straighten them out. That tells you what you need to know about this “business” by itself.

Absolutely terrible. A rep named Marie keeps harassing my phone and my wife’s phone and makes threats about turning “this medical matter” over to collections. They do not get paid unless they collect, so they’re willing to say anything they can. They’re not getting a cent out of me from the way I was talked to.
