We have a pressure washing company and were looking to start the cleaning side . We had a call with “Lou” who was very friendly, but towards the end was very condescending. He said things like “ask as many questions as your little heart desires” which is strange in a business context and mentioned how he didn’t believe in a pandemic that has killed millions of people. That alone is a bit scary. That said, he used spin selling tactics... finding pains and selling the solutions back to us. That’s not a problem, he asked for our children’s names etc to bring in the emotional effect. Their tactic is to say they need of you to make have decision making capabilities and the ability to make decisions quickly at the beginning of the call then at the end they will ask you to make a decision on the phone about paying the $9k (saying they will give you a discount in order to make the decision quickly). It’s another sales tactic. I do believe they provide value as I really enjoy their videos, but the sales tactic Lou used is describe how “elite” they are so you feel like they have specifically chosen you. I told him I had reservations that the calls were no individualized and 40 business owners is a lot per call instead of individual attention and help with business development strategy. That said, we were interested and had a follow up call the following Monday. Our 4 month old daughter had a very rough night with reflux and we were on and off the phone with doctors because of the holiday and the doctors not being office / asking us to monitor her every hour and report back to them. He called, left a rude message saying how he can’t believe we didn’t answer the phone when he called us on HIS day off and how he wishes us luck as we were not a fit for them. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL tone and message to leave a potential customer. I am shocked and saved the voicemail because it will be something I share with my sales team of what not to do to land business.

Mike and the crew doubled my business in 1 year and from 0 to 9 employees and money coming in automatically no chasing payments. We also have a solid advertising plan and will be running the company from another state soon as we will be moving to a new city and expanding the company there as well. All thanks to his 9 week program. Oh yeah and we were able to bring my husband away from his over the road trucking job too

This program is amazing, mike and his team will whip you up into shape in now time, be real with you all the way along and YES you have to put in some work but they give you all the tools! ILYSM

I have nothing more I can do”. Why am I being treated this way after putting down a deposit of $1000?
