We have trusted our residence (1 1/3 acres) to Invader for the past 7 years to take care of our weeds. Office staff is always helpful and techs are always pleasant and thorough. We called a few Exterminators for quotes. I did some research on the type of chemical they would be using to treat our house for Termites.We decided to go with Invader Pest control and couldnt be happier. It was reasonably priced. Will was our technician and took his time and paid close attention to every detail and concern I had. The whole process was not stressful and I feel confident our house will be protected from Termites. John who came out to measure and do the quote was also very friendly and professional. We had a contract with Terminex before and it was like a 360 degree turn in the right direction from the joke and expensive service Terminex offers. Terminex wouldnt even drill down into my concrete slab around my house. Will from Invader was very careful drilling and patched and cleaned any drilling or trenches that he made to apply our treatment. Hands down Invader did a great job at a reasonable price. Update Will came out again today. He always does a great Job. The honored the warranty and I will continue to use Invader pest control in the future.

In over 13 years we have never had a pest problem, but I dont DARE stop their service! Prices are very good and the peace of mind is PRICELESS! We are snowbirds and I dont want to return to any surprises ! Thank you!!

Had the pleasure of dealing with this company for a recent termite treatment at my home. Each aspect of the process - the initial phone call, the initial inspection visit, the treatment visit and the follow-up - was very professional and delivered as promised. Wally was a pleasure to deal with during the initial inspection and Josh performed the treatment with respect for my home and was very informative throughout the treatment. I hope I do not need their services for several more years, but have the confidence that I will be treated professionally and with respect should any challenges arise.I would recommend this company without hesitation.Tom

Needed to seal house & eradicate roof rats. Invader did not properly seal house as paid for - they actually left some vents completely open. Roof rats returned in large numbers just a few months later. We were told that the rat return was barely outside the warranty period. Invader took no responsibility for their errors and would only seal the entry point that they failed to properly seal the first time. No thanks! Ended up paying twice for the same job (sealing & trapping) because Invader failed to properly perform and then failed to stand behind their shoddy work. Using Invader was an expensive mistake. And frustrating. The schedulers & technicians also frequently seemed confused about appointments. Cannot recommend.Reply to Invader: Are you kidding me?! Now the owner responds that he doesn’t recognize my name and takes no responsibility. Nice try bad businessperson. My husband & I have different last names. But we both own the house where Invader botched their service & didn’t stand behind their warranty. Seriously, the worst customer service. Don’t fall for their aggressive marketing.2nd Reply to Invader- Fred, Joie or whoever is responding, We actually DID contact you with our concerns about the holes & rat return BEFORE writing this review. Invader Pest Control has been our exterminator for many years. Bugs are gone! If we have a problem (scorpions in the hot weather) Invader will use the correct chemicals to eliminate them. They did termite service several years ago and we havent had a problem since then. Thanks Invader!

Very rude customer service, trying to call because I have so many cockroaches in my house, the lady hanged up, what a rude lady please find someone else who can receive calls and appointments.
