When my old garage closed thankfully I was referred to Landmark. I still get the same honesty I had in my old shop. This place is great. They do very thorough checks and explain things and SHOW you the problems before touching anything. They really do work with you to earn your trust as well as your business. Dan and the team did thorough inspections of my vehicles and emailed me videos of what needed to be fixed. They prioritized what needed to be repaired, and the final cost was exactly what was quoted. My vehicle is running smoothly and I am happy with the work that was done. Trust is a big thing for me and I am more than comfortable continuing to do business at Landmark.

Dan and his crew went went out of their way to ensure that all of the issues with my 1976 Jeep were properly addressed. His crew is very knowledgeable. When some factory parts weren’t available they got creative and modified the existing parts to complete the job.

The guys are thorough and take the time to explain what needs to be done to your car with photos and a tour of the mechanics of your vehicle. They polite and freindly and provide phenomenal service every time you take your car in. The prices are the fairest and most reasonable Ive found and I always feel confident that I have left my car in the hands of capable and competent, decent mechanics. I wrote a review on Yelp too. Landmark is the only place I will take my car here in Phoenix. They are professional and ethical! Fixed my problem for 1/5 the price of what the dealer had quoted me. In fact, the dealer didnt even diagnose the problem correctly. I highly recommend Dan and Landmark!

I was referred to Landmark by Kinkaids when they lost their lease downtown. I had been taking all of my vehicles and referring others to Kinkaids for over five years due to the trust I had in the owner to provide excellent service at fair prices. So when he referred me to Landmark I trusted his recommendation. The shop is not as close to downtown but in most cases they will call and pay for a ride service to get you too and from work or home while they work on your vehicle. My car was in desperate need of service with several lights on the dash illuminated. Other places wanted diagnostic fees before they ever looked at the car. Landmark emailed me a detailed breakdown of what needed to be fixed, including pictures, and explained what needed to be fixed immediately, what could wait a little while and what should eventually be fixed. I authorised the work and it was completed the same day. All of the repairs and maintenance were reported to CarFax. Overall, great communication and service. Think Im on my way to establishing a long lasting working relationship built on trust just like I had with Kinkaids.
