Came in the 1st day to get a diagnosis for my extended warranty company and was in and out within 5 mins. Had to wait for some of the parts to come in since 2 switches and a door handle needed to be replaced which I didnt mind. Came back in today to get the work done and was out within little bit over and hour, which also wasnt a problem for me since 3 windows were being worked on. Everyone here was warm, friendly and explained things to me. I would come back to them if needed to be.

I had Power Window Repair fix my driver side window that had collapsed due to a broken regulator. My mechanic recommended using them because they are less expensive than my mechanic for this particular job and do quality work. I was able to get in same day. The job took a little over an hour and my window is fixed. I was very impressed!

I had been given quotes from $205 (estimate only) to $1400 for repair! This was from National car service business, local car repair and finally KIA dealership. I called POWER WINDOW REPAIR, quoted $99 to put window in secure up position, until I can afford to repair both back windows @ quote of $375 for both windows! Used their mail in repair services due to me being in KY. My 1997 Ford Probe GT driver window regulator cable twisted all up and failed. There is literally no part availability for this car except used in regards to window regulators. I sent them my broken motor/regulator assembly and they promptly called with a great price to repair my oem part. Few days later I have a working driver window again! Will use them again when my passenger unit fails.

The dealership was going to charge us close to $500 for replacing the regulator on the drivers side door. Its the beginning of summer, and we needed to have the repair done, but thank goodness we found this company instead. I snagged 2 business cards and am passing them on to family and friends because holy moses, they saved us over $300. In my 10 years in Arizona I have owned a 2001 BMW 540i and now own a 1997 BMW 528i. I have been very fortunate to have had Power Window Repair work on both of them. Just as important I observed other customers being treated with high integrity, being told the part was easily repaired and did not need to be replaced as he was told by another shop. Great service and one-day turnaround to rebuild my regulator!Im in Phoenix area, and the driver side regulator on my 97 Caravan broke at 107K miles. The rearward plastic carrier cracked and the metal cover ripped off and the cable literally tied itself in a huge knot! I almost bought a new aftermarket regulator, then found that these guys repair power window regulators, here in Phoenix. They use metal parts and reinforce key known-weak areas (with what looks like some type of epoxy). I decided to have them rebuild my OEM regulator (rather than swapping with one they already have). They do a lot of high-end and classic cars and have been in business a while so I figure its going to last. I was a bit worried that they would be able to get the regulator reassembled and working smoothly... but they did, and I reinstalled it without problems, and it is working well. Jeremy, the rebuild tech, was friendly and answered my questions before and after the rebuild.The rebuild was a bit more expensive (~99) than an aftermarket regulator ($50-75) but I was able to keep my OEM regulator and now it has some upgraded parts (metal pulley, etc.) I noticed the cable tension springs are pretty tight without much more room to compress but maybe thats the way they are supposed to be.

A little pricey but very professional. I love the fact that they helped me out with pricing! Meaning, that I paid a flat fee for them to just get my window closed (even found a $15 off coupon for first time customers...which they honored) then that amount goes towards my overall repair when I’m ready. Great guys that always tried to squeeze me in even when they were booked. DEFINITELY worth the money!!!

Go here! They provide excellent and speedy customer service! We had a tricky problem preventing our power windows and locks from working on each individual door unit. They only worked from the driver’s master control unit. This persisted even after Power Doors and Windows replaced all the power harnesses. The owner spent hours tracing the wiring and researching he issue until he figured it out and fixed it. We had other shops try over the years with no success, until Power Doors and Windows figured it out!
