Service department had my truck for 2 weeks and drove 197 miles…. Just to balance tires? fix messed up paint job, which they did prior but messed up on and fix tint which they originally ruined when I dropped it off the first time…. Instead of fixing their mistake this time around they just tore off the old tint. (The tint was damaged the first time I dropped it off to their service department to fix the tire mistake) they then Asked to fill my tank and call it even after dropping the ball three times… mind you I barely had enough gas to leave the lot after 200 miles were put on it……. Tires finally balanced after three trips. Paint still has drip marks everywhere and a hand print in the paint…. Now have one driver side window with zero tint now….. thanks auto nation for awesome customer service!!!They also never answer the phone, no receptionist, whoever hears the phone decides to answer I guess… do not waste your time here, or money…… because then you’ll be wasting more time and money!

First time doing an online auto deal but it was worth it. Regen helped us quite a bit. Professional and outgoing, really appreciated that he wasnt like other salespeople in other dealerships who are constantly over your shoulder. He gave us our space and gave us the info when we needed it. Just 2 things we didnt care for, the vehicle we wanted and drove 200 miles for was not available due to a maintenance issue, the other was going in already pre-approved and having to wait 8 more hours to close the deal. I am writing to you regarding Internet Sales Associate Vanessa Rivera, as she went above and beyond for me in purchasing the 1999 Chevrolet Corvette back in August 2021. I have been looking for a vehicle for my son for the past year and a half, as Covid-19 restrictions made car buying virtual instead of in-person. When I found a car I was interested in, I sent AutoNation USA Phoenix on 2625 W. Bell Road contact information to provide me more details on this car. I sent the information via email, and Vanessa contacted me within fifteen minutes of the inquiry into the car. Even though we did not speak, she left a detailed voicemail message with her contact information, and she texted me. I requested photos of the vehicle via text, and she took pictures of the front end, right and left sides, rear end, and underneath the corners of the car. When I requested more pictures of the Targa top and interior, she had the top removed, and took pictures of the interior and the rear interior of the car. As a consumer, we expect sales associates with this type of professionalism, and almost everyone that works at an auto dealership would do the same thing; however, since I have been looking for vehicles for the past year and a half, no sales associate has been so detailed, as well as willing to assist in my requests with swiftness. She was professional throughout the whole car buying process, and even though we spoke on the phone twice, she was helpful and willing to get back with me in a timely manner regarding every question I had. I must admit, she is an asset to AutoNation, and she made my car purchase very feasible. I appreciate Sales Manager Derek Miller and Finance Manager Svitlana Clemmer also, as they responded to emails in a timely manner, and I appreciated that. I have had bad experiences with other dealerships in the past with responding in a timely manner and requesting more pictures, and it took days or more for them to get back with me, and that was frustrating. In todays hectic car market it is great that they allow you to reserve a vehicle you are interested in so you do not have to worry about making a trip for no reason. Well at least it would be great if they didnt just sell the car from under you anyways. I was in the market for a specific car that they had, I reserved the car to see it later that day, received confirmation emails from Ricardo. Then a few hours later I was told someone reserved it yesterday and didnt show up but came today and are closing the deal. Oh so the person can miss their appointment and its somehow my problem? They could not have offered to get back to them if I did not want the car? They were that thirsty for a sale they couldnt wait two hours? They sold the car to the other person of course. I have no idea about the in person experience is like but if you reserve the vehicle on the website that doesnt mean much to them. Never getting my business after this experience. I had cash in hand ready to buy.

I would strongly suggest you avoid this dealership. The people were very friendly, but otherwise our experience with them has been poor, at best.We purchased two cars from them in the past few months. The first car was fine until the AC went out. I took it to them to repair since it was sold as a certified used vehicle. They said the part that failed is not a covered part so I will need to pay for any parts and labor to get the AC working.The second car we purchased was never delivered to us. We paid cash and were told the car wouldnt be ready for a few days. Instead, we got a call nearly a week later saying they had actually already promised it to someone else before they sold it to us! The only good news is that we did eventually (3 weeks later) get our money back. The bad news is that we wanted that car and instead had to wait 3 weeks to look for a different car while they held on to our money!Do yourself a favor and find a more reliable place to purchase your next vehicle! Unless you like giving free loans to car dealerships!

The salesman I dealt with had selective hearing and did not understand I wanted 2 different types of cars if they didnt have it or didnt want to work with me I wasnt going to buy from them. Yet he continually called and tried to convince me of other cars. I understand thats his job but there is definitely a limit and he surpassed it. I took my business elsewhere. I dont recommend this place to anyone.

This is a mixed manufacturer, no haggle used car dealership. My experience is based on having expectations similar to other used car dealerships. You must do your own research before you talk to a sales person about buying any car, doubly so when buying a used car.1. Price and warranty are clearly marked online / car stickers, but do not include additional fees for title transfers, registration fees, taxes, etc. The base prices for all the cars we considered were at or slightly better than KB pricing based on mileage and condition and better than other dealerships with similar stock.2. Double check actual car features compared to descriptions; the car we were interested said it was an automatic online, even though we knew it would be a manual from our research (and it was a manual upon inspection).3. Process was a bit slower than we would have liked for a cash purchase, but not completely unexpected and not painful.4. Good experience with the sales reps. Since it is no haggle pricing and we werent doing a trade in, we didnt feel any heavy handed sales practices. We received good communication before, during, and after we made a purchase.We are happy with our new used car; we felt it was a fair price and straightforward sales process. We did have a standard inspection by our own mechanic who found some additional issues. Nationwide immediately responded for warranty service support.

I work all day, and then focus all of my off time On a trail conservation non profit that we are launching (TEAMWILDLANDERS.ORG), so when I need to buy a truck, time is one commodity I have very Little of.The staff, and especially Darin, at autonation were the only ones out of three dealerships I spoke with that were willing to work with me over the phone all day until I could get to the dealership that night and finalize the deal. The other dealers told me that they wouldnt work with me until I got there. They should consider negative stars! I had the misfortune of dealing with a sales person named Brenda who is not only completely clueless about cars, she has zero customer service skills. We sat waiting to test drive until she finished texting! She couldnt answer any questions about the car. When I asked her why she needed to know my purchase info since my approval is already in from my bank she asked me if I have ever bought a car before. When I came back in she continually talked over me. When I had enough I told her I am speaking and not only did she keep talking she got louder cutting off myself and her colleague as we tried to speak. She then threw an adult tantrum and began calling me names. Whoa, I thought I was in a dealership, not a playground. After all, its really hard not to spank children! Good luck trying to get someone to answer the phone. I called about one of the Lifetime Warranty battery. It was an automated recording telling you to choose which department you needed. It would ring the parts department about 6-7 times then go back to the recording again. Never could get anyone to answer, so I thought I would try the online chat. She said that someone would call me back about ordering the battery. I asked how long it would take to order and she replied I would need to call and talk to the parts department directly. I tried the number again, same thing just rings and goes back to the automated recording.

Today we came to buy a car after having no luck else where. When we came in Reagan was amazing and super attentive to our wants and concerns. He made my fiancé who isn’t from here feel understood and heard. 10/10 will be back to buy our next car from him.

My experience with the autonation employees was great however, it’s a scam. They sell you cars that have issues but make it seem like they’re in great condition by doing a quick fix. I was never offered any kind of extended warranty & here I am, 6 months later with a car that doesn’t even run because the engine failed.Buy a vehicle from an actual certified dealership & not some third party like these guys.
