I read the reviews on Hays and decided to use him to replace the radiator on my wifes van. John, the owner, was outstanding as well as his customer service. Honestly, I thought this was going to be one of those shops where they would charge you an arm and a leg for the repairs, but not this shop!John treated me like I was family and he was very knowledgeable with what needed to be done and he would give me periodic updates on my vehicle, including asking me if I needed additional work done or pointing out things that could further providing a safer future drive.The price of my repair was fairly inexpensive compared to the other shops that I have quoted with and I can promise you that John has the best interest when it comes to your vehicle, as well as you wallet.Thank you John! You have a loyal customer to your business from here till the end of my time! You have earned my trust completely!

Very impressed with knowledges, service, and repair work. Cooling fan broke and went into my 3 core all aluminum stillen radiator. They were able to repair the damage and the price was very reasonable!! Great little shop. Great owner. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them. This shop knows what they are doing, does great work at a great price and is very knowledgeable. Two thumbs up for sure!

John is a stand up guy does what he says and says what he does! He could have bent me over on a complete radiator service for my 49 Lincoln but did what was needed to get it back on the road! Thank you John …. Pleasure meeting and working with ya!

This is one of those reviews I wish I could give ten stars for.My AC system needed a charge & since Im now in Phoenix where AC would be nice I stopped in to Hays Radiator & AC. 20 minutes later my empty sys was charged & working well. $90 including freon. :-)Ive been trying to discover why my Sprinter no longer maintains optimin engine temp. Two other shops could not solve the issues. Talking with John Hays he suggested I run my other errands with the AC on, testing it & causeing the temp to go over that optimin temp. Returning we tested the engine fans clutch, stopping it with a piece of foam. Simple test! Problem identified, fixed the next morning when new part arrived. Super reasonable charge for the repair.

My classic truck was not cooling well. John built a custom radiator for me, that provides a third better cooling. Very few shops can still do this! I highly recommend this business.👍

I cannot say enough about the shop owner John he took excellent care of me my S10 back on the road. I would highly recommend this shop he did not try to sell you stuff that you really didnt need. He earn my business will be a lifetime customer.

My radiator was leaking and due for a replacement Hays took care of my Jeeps issue with the radiator leak now Im back on the road charged reasonable price I am very grateful

Bad experience! I went to ask for a quote on replacing radiator, thermostat, and water pump. The owner was rude. I understand that he does not want to take on jobs with the customers parts but the way he reacted was out of ordinary. He was acting like I had no idea of cars. He told me that he will not work with parts bought on-line, although I bought the parts from well established sellers and the parts are well known brands. I am pretty sure they does not use OEM parts. I have heard that before: I can get the parts cheap so I make a profit on parts, too. Anyway, the thing that bothered me the most was the lack of respect for the customer.

Excellent -- I brought my rad in to have two leaks fixed and the core tanked and rodded. They quoted me a fair price and two day turn-around. I misunderstood their Friday closing time, however. So, two days later, I received a call from the shop asking if I was still going to pick-up today. I was on my way but it was past their closing time. They stayed open late for me to pick-up. Then, told me the job was easier than theyd anticipated and lowered the price 30%. The work looks excellent. I highly recommend this shop.

What can i say besides this man and his shop is the best ive been to ever...great prices great guy honest and helps in any way he can. Checked my motircycle radiator and gave me great knowledge also. If you need a raditor place to go this is the spot for sure. I will be back for sure and passing info along as well thanks bud!!

Excellent shop that repaired my leaking radiator on time at the price quoted. The best part was the owner will shoot a before/after of the rodding process. How many shops will do that? This is the only shop in town that I know that does the wet rodding process - basically rodding while coolant flows through the core. I am confident that radiator will be good for the remaining life of my vehicle.

Honesty is worth a million dollars. These gentlemen are worth your time.
