Its not often Im so impressed with a business that Ill take the time to write a review. Guy at The Sound Guy was friendly, responsive and HONEST. He could have easily sold me a repair that I didnt need, but instead didnt charge for his testing that revealed there was actually nothing wrong with my stereo power amp. Instead it was another device nearby that was injecting noise. All I had to do was take that noisy unit out of the picture and my amp was good to go. Guy is the perfect resource for repair of your stuff - including vintage gear - and with a good deal of bargains on vintage equipment.
Guy is the best! I took speakers and a receiver in the day before Thanksgiving thinking I would leave the equipment there. Guy was so kind. He tested the equipment, determined what the issue was, cleaned the receiver and I was out of there in less than an hour. He delivered a great customer experience. Thank you Guy. I am a very satisfied new customer.
Fantastic service! Especially when other larger companies are trying to rip you off, The Sound Guys cost was not only reasonable but he scheduled with us right away and saved the day! Thank you so much, I highly recommend.
Guy is very fair and professional. My old audio is reborn again. Halla yulla!

Super friendly, knowledgeable and fair. A great local independent business to support.
Great Service.
Reasonably priced fixed our turntable
Recently, The Sound Guy who is located inside SoundWerks on Belle Road, installed an auxiliary unit in my 2006 Toyota Corolla factory stereo. He did so quickly and was able to hide the aux cord in the little storage unit just below my stereo. Im very pleased with this business person and he technical skills. He charged me approximately $80.The Sound Guy was recommended by Camelback Toyota where I get my Corolla serviced. Im so very glad I phoned Toyota and The Sound Guy. Prior to making these phone calls, I phoned a different vendor-technician and he told me that multi-disc CD players are no longer manufactured and that I wouldnt be able to find one that could accommodate newer technologies like Mac products (I-pod, Smart Phone, etc.). This vendor-technician said he could get me a low end premium stereo with one disc and Mac capability plus installation for about $250. When I called The Sound Guy, he said all I had to do was get an auxiliary input installed for about $80 and I could keep my multi-disc stereo.IM SO GLAD I WENT WITH THIS GUY!
Guy is fantastic! I have an old Peavey amp that needed some TLC and its back to rockin and rollin.
Good place.
