Ordered an Asbestos test while we were in the due-diligence phase of buying our home with not a lot of notice (during stay-at-home measures). Syntech was extremely professional in handling our request and was able to schedule somebody to come out and take samples the next day. The gentleman who took them was careful to sample from areas that were out of sight, and even without a rush we had our test results in two days. There was a hiccup with processing our payment, but even with that this was a positive experience. Would recommend.

Very quick and responsive. Michael was very polite and helpful, both on the phone and when he came out to take the air samples. Got our results via email quicker than expected. The results were pretty easy to read, and he also summarized the main point in the email itself.

JT is an excellent mold expert. He spent a lot of time asking questions today and educating me on how to manage this issue. Highly recommend if you need mold testing you can trust in Scottsdale. Very thorough mold test. The price was super reasonable and surprisingly much less than what I was charged by another company 2 years ago for the same problem.

AIR TESTS ALONE ARE NOT APPROPRIATE TO DETERMINE THE PRESENCE or ABSENSE OF MOLD.They were contracted by the sellers to inspect for mold when we had suspected something was going on- they did an air test only and then called our realtor to informHim it was safe.Please see photos. There were in fact 8 SEPARATE locations of mold costing over 10k in remediation. Let alone what we still don’t know about. This cost us way too much money and put my family (including a young baby’s health at risk).

Super friendly crew, and whenever I am in a pinch, they always and I mean ALWAYS come through.On the downside one of their company vehicles is a Prius. We used Syntech for mold tape testing during building a new home. I spoke with JT who took the time to thoroughly explain the testing process and later the results. He was able to have the owner come out quickly to do the testing as time was of the essence. Because of their report and the knowledge JT took the time to share with me I was educated to ask for proper remediation. Unfortunetly, we didn’t get the result we wanted with the builder but they saved us from possible future health problems. We are dealing with another possible mold situation again in a rental. JT took the time to advise me and make sure I ask for proper remediation. He is a wealth of knowledge and has a heart of gold. Definitely use them again!
