First time flying Jet Blue and am in love!The leg room rumors are true, you get a lot of space to stretch your legs, even in coach. My friend is very tall and every time we fly she needs an isle seat because her knees cram into the back of the seat. She is about 511 and had more than enough room in for once, I think we found THE airline.A great feature that JetBlue offers is FREE WiFi!! They do have great movies to choose from though, so either way its a win/win. The food options were great and and the free snacks were super yummy. The service could have been much better but it looked like the plane was too big for two attendants to keep up with.

Sadly one of the slowest check in/bag drop processes Ive ever experienced. Would not fly again for risk of literally not getting on a flight. They need to find a way to speed up their systems or their agents.

The flight itself was good, but they damaged my scooter.

Probably the best airline I have ever used. Reliable, and great customer service. I hope to see more flights to more places.

As a first time JetBlue customer I was a little disappointed. On my wat to New York the ride was great. Returning to AZ that totally went out the window. The pilots use the restroom over 5 times. We were already having weather issues coming in and they were tag teaming the restroom. I seriously felt like I was on the movie The Flight with Denzel Washington and these guys had been to the bar and drank up until departure. It was bumpy and frightening. To top of the experience, we did not have enough fuel for bad weather so they pass Phx, AZ and took us to Las Vegas for a 10 min storm delay cost us almost 2 hours.The 3 stars are for the flight to NY and Directv, 0 for the return.

Seats are uncomfortable checking in can be long

JetBlue We have traveled several times.I recognize the professionalism of Mr Elliot.JBU-LIAISON Terminal 3 of the airport Phoenix AZ.Thanks to being bilingual service offered in Spanish as they do not speak English.His attention was fundamental and meritorious and we can say that my sister lives because of him.We will be eternally grateful.JetBlue thanks to workers as he deserves to be selected to travel.
