I appreciate all their services, friendly staff and very helpful with anything you need for your welder. I wasn’t sure on what color scheme I was going to go with on my faceplate and toggle switch plates and seen a Ted one I liked but want sure so the Employee Justin went out of his way to take picture and send them to me to make sure if I like it so I really appreciate his help and how he went out of his way to make sure the customer was satisfied!! I was referred to BW Parts by an old coworker. I called up Chris over at the service department about a 1953 SA-250 that I literally pulled from the weeds. He gave me a good walk through on what I should do to make sure everything is good. Then a few days later I called back to order some parts and talked with Justin in sales. He was super helpful as well and even seemed pretty knowledgeable about this machine. He got the parts I needed at the moment. I’ll be calling Justin back this week to get the remaining parts I need to get it up and running. Very helpful with me being in Tennessee.
Im rebuilding my first sa 200 and I started ordering parts from BW and after shopping around i found that BW is cheaper and better quality than anyone else, and the variety of parts they have in stock is impressive. The YouTube videos they have are a huge help as well. Customer support is beyond expectations and all around just a good company. I highly recommend

Definitely less than 1 star customer service. We ordered a rebuild kit. Received the wrong bearings, they sent out another set that was still incorrect. Randy told us that he wasnt going to waste anymore money on us. Said we ordered the kit several months ago. Wouldnt spend another dollar on us. It was no longer their problem even though they sent the incorrect bearings TWICE. We own an automotive machine shop, and we will NEVER treat our customers the way BW Parts treated us today. They have lost our customer service, I will also never recommend them to anyone who walks through our doors.

Did not like my experience with the person i was speaking with on the phone.I asked a question about generators, not having any experience with one.Responded with smart remarks as if I was supposed to know. Didnt seem eager to help and obviously had a big chip on his shoulder. There is no way I would do business with them due to their unprofessional conduct.

I was in going to post any reviews about this company but since they miss placed my order I’m just going to give in the bad review I place the order on December 17 and I call and make sure they have my order and ship it the same day I was waiting for an email with the shipping information due to the holidays and rush on shipping companies I understood Everybody makes a mistake but the simple thing they could do is email me and let me know there was a mistake in the order after three weeks and had my equipment broke down waiting for the sport I have to call them and ask them what happen when my order, they have nerves to Tell me if I want it they want to ship it today or I can cancel the order what kind of company does it if you want to take out order for a customer who does it matter if it’s a big order or a small order it follow the rules that’s how business survive, and I’m pretty sure the answer for the review is going to saying the same is every irresponsable people sorry for the inconvenience .Lear and make someone accountable for this mistakes so you have a successful business
