I cannot speak highly enough about my experience at SmartPractice Dermatology. Robin, the front desk staff, and Dr. Hamann are steller professionals and very warm and friendly. The office is immaculate. I would highly recommend this business to anyone seeking a professional Dermatologist.

I have ordered from Smart Practice for over 10 years. Many times I have had competitors try to persuade me for my business but I will not do it. If I receive great customer service and great prices, I will be loyal to you. Smart Practice is fantastic to work with and their prices are excellent. I have always had two reps during my time with them. My first one left for a new career. She was wonderful! I have been working with Michael I. for several years now and he takes great care of me. If I ever need anything, he is there to help. Hes the best! I highly recommend Smart Practice for your dental ordering needs!

Unfortunately, I can get give SmartPractice a better review. We ordered several items with our company name and telephone printed on them for an open house we were planning. We ordered everything through the website which gave us a delivery date. The largest item was late and did not arrive in time for our open house. When we realized the item would not arrive in time (from the tracking number provided) several days before the open house, SmartPractice told us they could remake the order and overnight the items, for substantial additional costs. SmartPractice also told us we should have called the order in, instead of using the website.

Our office has been ordering from Smart Practice for about 15 years. In that time we have always had the same knowledgeable and wonderful rep, Fawn V. Shell go above and beyond for you. We get outside sales reps from other suppliers come to our office quite often trying to lure us over to them. But the expertise and relationship weve built over the years with Fawn and Smart Practice is too loyal and well never order from anywhere else.

The customer service is inconsistent. I have talked with some really friendly and helpful people, but some of the customer service reps are rude and condescending. Im hoping the experience improves with time.
