This is in response to the review from Julie Lam. First of all, we have dealt with Klinghoffer Carpet One in the past & have NEVER had a problem with this company. We recently had a small issue with our carpet in our family room that was purchased almost a year ago & my husband spoke to the owner & the next day two gentlemen, Chris & Diego were at our home & took care of the problem BEAUTIFULLY!!!!!! I would & have recommended them to people who have been in our home complimenting our carpeting. I personally feel that you are not a legitimate customer because all the reviews I have seen are wonderful & they have AMAZING carpeting. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

We have purchased carpet and hardwood twice from Klinghoffer and the owner Joe has been wonderful to do business with. He came everyday to supervise and make sure everything was going as planned and was there to answer all of my questions. My new floors are beautiful.Kudos to Ron, Chris, Jack and the installers who all worked hard to get my floors installed in a timely manner and made sure I was completely satisfied.Would definitely recommend

Klinghoffer is terrific. Joe walked us through a number of options for our bedroom, living room and study and installed the next week. We love the carpet and guests comment about it all the time. Great Quality and Fast InstallI would highly recommend Klinghoffer Carpet One. We had our old carpet replaced by them recently . My family loves our new carpet and is very happy that we chose the shop. I had been to many places before this and I found their prices to be competitive with good qulity. Also, the installers were very professional and worked quickly. Truely professional!!!

It cost $1200 to carpet three rooms with closets and a hallway over the span of two days . In the third room the design of the carpet goes one way and the direction of the same carpet goes another way when it connects to the hallway. They didnt tell us there was a hole in the floor so we can fix it before laying the carpet. The carpet is such bad material that when you vacuum it the strings come apart. I get that it can be the nature of the carpet but almost every time I vacuum?? Oh and he overordered carpet enough for entire room that we had the option to keep but what were going to do with all that carpet? We live in a northeast philly row home so its it that big and we are not rich so decided to go with the good reviews and name as they have been here so long. Little did I know it was bought over my another owner years ago. NEVER.AGAIN.EVER. If you want proof email me I have pictures!
