My house is big and old and was a BIG job. Had siding, 3 doors and 16 windows installed. The installers did a great job, especially the door installers who went above and beyond. Very satisfied with the final product. Make sure to keep the lines of communication open to keep things on-track.The photos of the changes arent quite as drastic since the tree is in bloom in front of the house in the after pics. But it was transformational!! Weve gotten tons of complements from people walking by!!

The solution that Yeureka delivered was totally custom and required a lot of interaction with key members of the Yeureka team. From being invited to the warehouse to see samples of glass and door finish options to offereing to make custom side panels due to the custom size of my door. We worked together to achieve an amazing looking front entry door. I was always treated with respect and I would highly recommend Yeureka to meet your needs!

Throughout the process, everyone I had the pleasure of dealing with were, professional, knowledgeable, and on time. I can only complement this company from the person that offered, the agent the sealed the deal, to the few men that completed the installation. My windows are great, and the best part is that I no longer have to worry about winterizing them every winter.

Poor communication and no care for my property grass and driveway. Roof installed, I walked and inspected and easily found many areas that were not completed. I.e extra shingles left on my roof, didn’t replace end caps on gutters, trampled my downspout extensions and I was barely able to communicate with the workers as their English was limited. They left their materials in my driveway for over a week and I had to have my neighbor help me move them so I could park my car. Matt the PM was awesome however their overall performance is not one I’d ever recommend nor will I ever use them again.

Overall, I am happy with the windows and the installation. I understand COVID slows things down, but it took 6 months to receive my windows. Better communication would have been appreciated.

I am very pleased with the appearance of my roof installation. It looks great!. The work was done in a timely manner and professional. They cleaned up great! I did not have to worry about anything, and the workers were polite and respectful of my property. Explanations to my questions were done in a manner that I understood and I was given the whole run down as to what would be and was installed from the consultation appointment, through follow up calls. Great work. I feel more secure with my home, now that my roof has been renewed. Thank you!

We replaced the front windows on our house in Fishtown and they are awesome! The installers were fantastic and did a great job; the windows look like they have been there all along! (which is amazing, considering our house is 200 years old!). The only glitch was that the installers orders had the wrong color of capping, but the situation was dealt with quickly and responsibly. I see mixed reviews, but I have to say that we had a fabulous salesperson come to our house a couple of times, the installers were top notch, and when we had a couple of things to work out with the owner, he was responsive, communicative, and solved the problems. We are now awaiting a new front door from Yeureka, and hope (expect) to be as happy with that as we are with the windows! (when we do, I will post photos!) We are (so far) VERY satisfied customers!

My wife and I were in the market for new Windows and siding. Yeureka’s consultant came out, showed us their products and answered our questions. He made us feel comfortable and confident in using them. Although the price was more than we wanted to spend, it was worth it. Our house looks brand new and the installation went smooth. The crew came early and worked through the day. They left like no one was even there. I will recommend Yeureka!

We used Yeureka for a pretty large home improvement project… Full insulated siding, veneer stone front, capped porch posts, front entry and back slider doors, and partial roof replacement. The process was exceptional throughout. Jed in sales was informative and accessible while not being pushy. He answered questions and offered suggestions as needed. Great experience! Krikor was the PM and he was also extremely helpful and informative. Given the circumstances around 2020/21, he helped us navigate a variety of supply related issues. He guided us as we had to pivot several aspects of the project, moving from first choice to comparable and in some cases, better alternatives. Krikor was present and responsive from start to finish. Great Experience! The crew that did the work was top notch! Humberto made sure every detail and point of concern was addressed. I’m no expert, but these guys worked hard and did an amazing job. House looks better than imagined! Great experience! All of this and they were one of the lower initial proposals. The project did take much longer than expected, but Krikor was quick to respond to my questions and concerns around timing. I would say almost 2x longer than originally quoted. But, the crew was meticulous and made sure everything was perfect. Overall, I would 100% recommend this company. Completely satisfied with the price, quality, service, and outcome! I placed a claim on my warranty window back in November and I am still waiting on replacement. Communication has been horrible! I understand COVID plays a factor but now my window has been in at the factory for 3 weeks and they still have not installed it. Yesterday I received a phone call that my install was canceled because another appointment came up. Yet they wont give me a new date yet. I do not recommend this company.

I just had my siding done by Yeureka and I love their work. The whole house was done in one week and I didn’t have to leave my house. They responded and took care of all my concerns. We contracted with them to redo our windows. At a discounted price of $8,713.00 for 9 windows. I’ve yet to notice any savings in my heat bill. Honestly on windy days I feel drafts coming through those very windows. I have had issues with my windows since day 1 with improperly installed windows to a window which will not lock at all. The windows were not leveled upon instillation thus meaning that the screens didn’t come down flush. This caused bugs to get in. I have one window which we cannot lock and the installer damaged it more and claimed that I need a new window. The owner offered to replace the window with a discount, meaning I would have to buy a new window. In other words pay another $750. They have a limited lifetime warranty, which YOU have to ask for a copy ( they don’t give you that information with all the paperwork when you contract with them). Even though their warranty states that, Lifetime Limited Warranty-Moving Parts of the basic window unit, The moving parts of the basic window unit, consisting of the balance to raise and lower the window sash or the brass wheels to slide the sash, and locking mechanism to secure the window or patio door sash, are warranted for as long as the Original Purchaser -Present Property Owner shall own and live in the property. My husband is the current Mayor of our town, and you can be sure that we will not be recommending but warning people about this company. Their attitude is to avoid you and not answer you at any cost! We have spoken to a lawyer and are starting litigation as they have no concern in resolving issues other than avoidance or selling you new products.

I was so impressed with their customer service. I met one of their representatives Matt at a home show and was blown away by how considerate and professional he was. Myself and my friend with special needs blocked a good portion of his display and were otherwise disruptive but he really took the time to engage with us. I love to see that kind of character especially in these types of settings where were obviously not going to contribute to a bottom line. Would definitely recommend their business for this positive interaction!

As a new employee of Yeureka I couldn’t believe the tightest of a community the work force has. Everyone wants to know how you are and what is going on with you. They truly treat the employees as friends and family. They prepare paid training with someone who has actually been in your position and worked they’re way up in the company. Training was super laid back but extremely professional you felt like you were learning a new skill that would help you succeed without working. We had a good experience with Yeureka. Everyone we interacted with was very polite and the roofers did a good job. The only problem we encountered was that the front office didn’t always seem to communicate well with the actual workers, so that some things took a little longer than expected or had to be rescheduled. But that happens with basically all contractors, doesn’t it? Overall we are quite satisfied with our experience.

Yeureka installed my fathers roof, and gutters. His roof was no easy task. 70 % of roof is a flat tar, 30% pitched shingle. First off the sales guy Jamel was the reason for choosing Yeureka in the first place. Straight shooter, extremely knowledgeable and not aggressive at all, which my father loved. The customer service team, particularly Michael, Lin, Roger, they kept my father and myself in the loop every step. Delivery of materials, dumpster, inspection, all seamless. Then the install team. They showed up at 7am, worked non stop until it literally was too dark to continue, no joke. Came back the next morning 7am, were done entire job including roof, gutters, cleanup and dumpster removal by 11am. It was honestly impressive. Coming from a similar industry, I can’t get my team to work that hard, ever. Have Yeureka give you your next estimate. You won’t be disappointed. I’m getting my siding from them next!

We had 13 windows and two beautiful doors installed last weekend. The installation took 2 days but went very smoothly. The crew worked quickly, but paid attention to detail. They arrived on time and worked consistently. They helped move furniture out of the way to prepare for the removal / installation.Cleanup was great. All that was left for us to do was re-install 2 sets of blinds and have ADT reconnect our alarm system.Our sales rep, Kevin Brown, treated us with the utmost respect. He sold us with the great product, his knowledge of the product, and his desire to meet our needs in our home. He was very easy to talk to and got to know our family and our house as he taught us about window and door design and attributes.Also, the process to set up the financing went very smoothly. The ‘expert’ refused to give me an estimate unless my husband was home. After arriving for our scheduled appointment he (Jason) chose to leave rather than bid the job. How unbelievably insulting in this day and age. I would NEVER do business with a company like this and I want all to be aware of who they are. Just stunned and horrified for how poorly they handled this from start to finish.Edit: I’ve seen a ‘response’ to my review. At no time did they say that the estimate would include a 90 minute sit down inside my house. Who would schedule something where they are providing a quote for work outside my house and not mention the need to meet inside for this long?! Regardless, this is a never from me and heed caution.

I had 40 year old leaky windows replaced by Yeureka last month. Amazing difference noticed. House is quieter, no more draft on the floor when the wind blows hard. Air conditioning keeps house cooler and runs less often. Installation of 9 windows was done in about 5 hours. Very satisfied with quality and installation. Highly recommend this company.

Choosing Yeureka was a huge mistake. We started this terrible process on 9/20/2019 and we still aren’t done dealing with them! Terrible communication, lots of lies and changed stories. I would never do business with them again!We met with salesmen on 9/20. Signed contract and we’re promised all of our windows and sliding glass door would be installed on 10/28. Our “project manager” did not initiate a single conversation. He agreed that we were still good for 10/28 installation until the end of the business day before (and didn’t initiate that conversation either). We were then told that they spent $400 to “rush” the order. Told us 11/12 install.. Then 11/20 install... Windows shipped to a different place/Lost windows (not sure because we heard many versions of the story).Windows were suppose to come back to Yuereka on 11/29 and didn’t. Promised 12/23 install. That didn’t happen. Finally installed on 12/27/19. Of course the installation didn’t go smoothly... multiple screens had rips and holes in them. Sloppy job on sliding glass door. We were then promised replacement screens 1 1/2- 2 weeks later. They came in 3 weeks later. I thought we’d finally be done with this horrible company, but of course they screwed up again. They sent screens we didn’t need replaced and failed to have the one with the largest hole. So almost 4 months after making a giant mistake of signing a contract with them we are still not done. Save yourself the biggest headache of a lifetime and do not use this company!

Just had a new roof installed and it went great!! Awsome price, quality materials and workmanship. The crew put tarps over all my windows and shrubs, they also went around with a magnet to pick up any loose nails. They needed to match the particular color of our old windows due to our HOA - they matched perfectly. More importantly, youd never know they were here. Work was done in just a couple of hours and they cleaned up everything after. Last, the windows are as good as they offered - 105 degree heat and the windows are still cool. I have waited patiently for my issue to be fixed. Every time I speak to Michael, the project manager he has a different excuse for why the leaking. Do not use Yeureka Home Remodeling. Disorganized, dishonest and horrible customer service. Poor quality despite paying outrageous prices. Stay away!! I paid 350.00 today for an inspector to come out. They do back up the work.

Pleased with my doors however it took longer then promised. Communication within the company has a lot to be desired. Poor customer service. Would not recommend Yeureka unless you want to wait a long time for your doors.

The front of my house gets a lot of direct sunlight but since I have a standard door with no glass, none of that light would come into the house. My existing door is in good shape so I didnt need a new door. After doing some research I discovered that Yeureka can cut out an opening in my existing door to add new decorative door glass to it. I love the way it looks now, all that sunlight is shining through, and the colored glass is really attractive.

After 3 failed attempts to set up a consultation/quote, we gave up working with them. Ill say this, theyre certainly persistent when it comes to calling. However, they never actually show up for appointments.

Very helpful in going over the measurements to ensure a proper fit. The door arrived in a timely fashion and has been wonderful as promised. It was easy to install also. Great company to work with, especially Krikor.

Extremely disappointed. Cannot recommend.And this is the last straw. But heres my story. In April, I requested a quote from Yeureka. Id never heard of them but was solicited via Facebook as they were trying to drum up business in my area. A gentleman came to my property. Very professional and courteous. I needed a new entry door, frame, threshold and transom. He quoted the door including capping. I said I would rather not have capping and wanted plain wood to paint. He agreed and adjusted the price. I was told the project would in start 3-4 weeks. In JUNE I finally get the install scheduled, I dont even remember what the delays were from April to June. The first install date gets pushed back due to rain. Thats understandable. Its scheduled for the following week. The date of install I drive by the property and nothing is happening. I call and someone forgot me. Its rescheduled again and again another no show. Im told they went there, but the door hinges were on the wrong side. No one called me to say this, they just..did nothing. It will now take more time to get a NEW door made.July comes and the door is installed. But with the following issues: No peephole that I ordered (and paid extra for), capping around the frame (I asked for none), the threshold is squishy and not supported underneath, there is bare wood that needs to be covered, and the caulking has gaps. Im asked to but refuse to pay the balance because the job is not completed. Eventually this is agreed upon. A week and a half go by with no contact, and then I find the doorknob isnt working properly. I add that to my list of things that still need to be addressed.Another week goes by when I get a call that the doorknob is no longer working at all and someone is trapped inside the building with no way to get out. At this point, this is an emergency. I call Lin, whom Ive been dealing with the entire time and has been very sympathetic to these concerns. This time I state its an emergency that someone fix the door because we cant get OUT of the house. This is a fire hazard and cannot wait for Monday as they have suggested. (this is a Friday night) Im told that both installers arent available, and the owner thinks we should have another way out of the house so we have to wait. (There isnt). No offer to pay for a locksmith, no offer for anything. I now cannot shut the door because the brand new door knob is unable to open the door from the inside. I had to call and pay for an emergency locksmith out of pocket to change the doorknob.This has been an extremely disappointing process overall, with no regard to my very serious sudden concern. 4 months and counting and this job is still not complete.

My husband called after we waited for an hour to inform them that no one came to the appointment and not to come now as we are heading out for a while. There was no apology, they just asked if we wanted to reschedule which was very unprofessional in my opinion. Why would we want to reschedule & get windows from a company that clearly has no respect for our time?Edit after response: Hello My name is Joe, the husband of Chris Ell, and I did have a estimate scheduled for 1pm. It was booked the previous day, with Roger, when your company had cold calls going door to door, so there was no 24 hour prior confirmation. After 2, I called your scheduling center, and spoke to Roger again, to let him know that we would have to leave the house shortly, so if someone was on their way they should just go to their next appointment. I did not wish to include names but with you saying no one told you, I thought it was necessary.

I had a new front door and storm door installed. From sales to install to follow up, Ive been extremely impressed with Yuerekas personnel as well as the product. The whole experience has been extremely positive.

We had a door installed. The door itself is lovely. The installers did scratch it in several areas, but kindly left us with touch up paint. For the price I paid, I should not have had to do any touching up. Also at the time of the sale our salesman assured us that the installers have experience with plaster walls and that it would not be a problem. Our 100 + year old home did not fare well. Several pencil thin lines in the plaster turned into gaping holes during the installation process (some up to 6 inches across!). Their solution to the situation was to give us $100 and the name of a handy man. $100 to patch, sand, and repaint. Our back door is being replaced next year and we will NOT be using Yeureka!

A+++We didnt want to change our kitchen door, but we were always concerned with privacy since that door used to have clear glass. Also, in the morning the sunlight would shine directly through that door, so one day we said enough is enough. Turns out Yeureka is the only company that adds door glass as an alternative to full door replacement. During our appointment, Greg recommended enclosed blinds. Enclosed blinds act exactly like regular blinds but they are built into the glass, so they dont swing and they never require cleaning or maintenance! We are really happy with our new enclosed blinds door glass because we can totally control our privacy and also the amount of sunlight coming into the kitchen.

We discovered the enclosed blinds that Yeureka sells and installs at the 2016 Philly Home Show. Krikor followed up quickly after the home show and came to our house for a consultation. He made sure that the enclosed blinds are the best solution to our concern of privacy with our full glass entry door. Due to the irregular shape of our door frame, it took Krikor more time than anticipated to install the blinds. However, he insisted on finishing the job without even taking a lunch break. We are glad that now we have full control of privacy as well as how much light we want to let in the house with the enclosed blinds. Had my roof replaced was promised gutters as well it has been over a month going into second month now nobody has contacted me in regards to this no one has answered any of not just my calls but the finance company as well has been trying to reach them for a conference call to at least get a appointment date for installation of these gutters that was promised this is so unprofessional and I had high hopes for this company at first but now very disappointed not a good first impression at allTo whom it may concern thank you for your response but I have been in contact with the finance company daily for almost Three weeks now of which a number of conference calls have been attempted to no avail no such messages have been left on my voicemail an attempt was made today to speak with someone around 5pm no answer also the rep who set up everything stated gutters were included with the roof I have written proof of this if you would like I will attempt to call again tomorrow morning not trying to get over or anything because if I wasn’t told this it wouldn’t be an issue also the project manager told me the gutters were to be installed by a separate group after the roof was installed that was the last I heard from him

They installed 30 windows (many of them very heavy) in about 3 days...and threw away the old windows...highly recommended
